   Only quibble was being charged by the glass more than the value of a bottle of sparkling wine. Food and the art were unique and outstanding. Even met the owner who spent time with us explaining the restaurant. Great place overall.

   Chef Alessandra Montagne, a Brazilian based in Paris and responsible for the menu, has created a wow experience in her first Restaurant outside France. A true gem.

   This was without a doubt the most exceptional dining experience of my lifetime! The service, the food, the care taken to explain every bite and sip was amazing. The environment filled with art was a treat by itself. If you ever find yourself in Lisbon, make it a priority to dine at Cicero!

   Amazing dining experience. Had the 4 moments tasting menu with wine pairing. Every bite delicious. Excellent service and interesting meld of art and cuisine.

   AMAZING experience! We had the best anniversary dinner with beautiful art displayed on the walls and delicious edible art plated at our table. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us really feel welcomed. A quiet spot away from the main traffic areas and absolutely worth the trek!

   Cícero Bistrot in Lisbon, now led by the talented Brazilian chef Alessandra Montagne, brilliantly merges culinary artistry with the spirit of Brazilian and Portuguese flavors, complemented by French refinement. Inspired by Brazilian modernist painter Cícero Dias, Montagne's dishes are vibrant and inventive, from her “Tapioca Cubes” to the fusion "Coxinha with Caviar." Each course is a tribute to local, seasonal ingredients presented with elegance, making this bistrot a standout for food lovers and art enthusiasts alike . Love it!

   Amazing gastronomic experience! The newly renovated Cìcero with chef Alessandra Montagne made our dining experience the most pleasurable we had in Lisbon. Quaint atmosphere, excellent and personable service! We have experienced many Michelin rated restaurants (including 1 to 3 stars) and this place should definitely be on their list.

    It was very nice to revisit this gem in Lisbon. The menu has become more audacious. It is an ideal place for engaging in conversations—a pre-social media concept.
