   Nice to have Concierge service as parking is tight. Once inside we were sat and had to wait as there was a mix up with servers. We got ordered and were happy with the food and time.

   I’m in town for a conference and found the restaurant on open table. The restaurant is very nice. The menu has a good variety. My friend had the lasagna and enjoyed it. I had the grilled sea bass and was very pleased. The Negroni was excellent.

   The restaurant is small and always full. Reservations are recommended. They have a lovely patio if you want a bit more elbow room. There are sun shades and festive patio lights. It is a selective menu and they do it all well. If you need an adjustment to a menu item they seemed able to accommodate. Fantastic bar selections. The bar menu is short but strong(Think apps to share). We ordered every item and each one was fantastic. Great cocktails.

   Nice restaurant. Decor is very pretty. Service is good. Food is good. Had calamari for appetizer - it was good & tender. Had Branzino for entre - very good but needed a starch with it. Good wine list. Overall really good dinner.

   Food was very good, but service was slow and not trained well. It took a long time before we even got water, then our salad plates were never cleared even when we were eating entrees. Outdoor patio is wonderful.

    The service was extremely slow! Entrees brought out one at a time for 4 people! Mistakes on bill! Ordered 2 portions of focaccia and only received one!! Would recommend look at other restaurants!!!

    Food is very good, though they no longer serve one of their best dishes, the baked eggplant. Told that people were coming just for that and it was hurting attendance at their sister restaurant. Now only sister restaurant has. Very fairly priced and a good value. The service can range from very good to mediocre and inexperienced. People friendly. Note that they have a one hour forty five minute limit to eat meal, very popular place and they like to move table, understandably. Did not feel rushed, but given server issues, the time limit could creat e problem, though I expect that restaurant would have been flexible.

    Scratch made pasta, bread, and mozzarella. Delicious salads and yummy cocktails. Nice wine list with lots of Italian options. We had a lovely date night dinner and will be back soon.

    We went for a late lunch on Mother's day. I'm a firm believer in making a good 1st impression, and this applies to the hostess who greets you as you walk in the door. This young lady had no interest in making us feel welcome..not good. Also, she tries to seat us, party of two, practically on top of a small work station next to the hostess stand. I respectfully declined and she sat us at a nearby table, all the time with attitude. So, regardless of what happened after that, the experience was a downer. Food is okay.. our waiter was cordial, but hard to find. Doubt I'll be back, there are lots of good dining choices in this area.

    Good food but service was bad. We didn’t have an attentive and helpful server. We never even had a refill of our water and didn’t offer desert menu. We waited but took awhile so we ended our dinner instead of ordering dessert.

    The food was amazing. We started with the focaccia. The ricotta cheese was a lovely addition. I had the rigatoni and my husband had the tagliatelle. Both were delicious. The tables were a bit close. It was hard to walk between them and u could tone down the fake flowers. We will definitely be back.

    Dinner was great, menu & wine selections very good. The noise level was so intense we could not hear each other’s conversation. Guitarist talented but speakers added to the already high noise level. I hosted a nationally recognized business executive and was somewhat embarrassed due to our inability to converse.     The server was good however the wait staff need to be more aware when serving. They brought the entree before we completed our appetizers. We shared a salad and no additional plate was provided until we asked for one. Same with the silverware. The staff needs to be trained better.

    Amazing food and service and loved the live music. Only negative is tables are so close together, so sometimes you get waitstaff or guests bumping into you.

    Ciccio Trattoria in Mckinney was an excellent place for dinner. We had a 6:30 reservation, and waited about 15 minutes, which was a slight annoyance, but the food, service, and ambience were excellent. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity!

    As others have mentioned reservations should not wait 45 minutes to be seated. I will definitely choose another establishment unless I have time to waste in the bar instead of watching Dallas Stars playoff hockey.

    The food was phenomenal! Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. This is a minimal size restaurant and the tables were arranged in an awkward position. My chair was close to the table behind us and multiple times, while eating, I was knocked; once so hard I almost fell off my chair. The minimal size, a full restaurant, several people waiting, an open kitchen and music create a lot of noise. Ask for a booth. Even with the noise, we will be going back for the food.
