    Prawn starter wasn't de-veined. Very disappointed. Cam at 5 30 beginning of dinner service. Admittedly quiet before the 6pm rush hit. Too quiet for them to be making mistakes like that. The staff were very good but didn't offer us any option other than to take it away and re make it. Which was great but I felt we weren't even allowed a say in the matter. The plate was took and that was that. Risotto was risotto, nicely seasoned but nothing special. My penne con pollo was also average pan sauce, cream. Just not much love and it's sad that the aura, money and face bring people to this building because it's just all for show to be honest. A disappointing experience to say the least. On date night, I didn't want to make a fuss and continued the evening.

    We had a wonderful experience. But I was disappointed as I put in our booking sheet it was a birthday. It was actually mine, and they did nothing. When we went earlier that week to The Ivy for my sister in laws birthday they brought a mini pudding with a candle with the bill. A lovely touch.

    Excellent greeting and service throughout our lunchtime meal. The food was excellent.I've marked down ambience only because the background music was a bit loud. Otherwise a very enjoyable anniversary lunch for my wife and me.

    Cibo is really great, but do not book at 815 on a Sunday as we did. While the Hale restaurant is full and great at that time, I am afraid that in Wilmslow it is dead. We were alone for most of the time and the kitchen was closing down.

    Cibo is a vibrant restaurant with a classic italian menu. Service is attentive and relaxed. I had the veal chop which was really great, others had, lamb cutlets, salmon and spag carbonara.... All were lovely.. I nice place to enjoy a meal out.... Also, it can be quite lively on a evening, but we were 18:00 on a sunday and is was still busy, but relaxed. Very good.
