    Cibo is really great, but do not book at 815 on a Sunday as we did. While the Hale restaurant is full and great at that time, I am afraid that in Wilmslow it is dead. We were alone for most of the time and the kitchen was closing down.

    Cibo is a vibrant restaurant with a classic italian menu. Service is attentive and relaxed. I had the veal chop which was really great, others had, lamb cutlets, salmon and spag carbonara.... All were lovely.. I nice place to enjoy a meal out.... Also, it can be quite lively on a evening, but we were 18:00 on a sunday and is was still busy, but relaxed. Very good.

    If you have allergies probs not the best place to go. Normally any food services now ask you if you have allergies but out waiter didn’t mention a thing. When i told him i had an allergy I didn’t even see him write it down he didn’t seem too concerned. When i got my first dish I had a slight reaction and ended up feeling really poorly so didn’t touch my main dish!

    Sat by the door that kept on opening and wouldn’t close by itself. Wasn’t wowed by food. Good staff but always feel judged.

    Found a hair inside one of the chips on my plate—not just on top, but actually embedded in it. When I told the staff, they brushed it off, saying the kitchen wears headgear and it might’ve just been “around.” As an apology, they offered us two shots, which I found pretty insulting given the situation. We couldn’t finish the food because it was honestly gross, and we still had to pay full price. Really disappointing experience. Wouldn’t go back.
