                                                                                                Good dinner. Unfortunately the air conditioners seem to be lacking on the night we went. I'll chalk it up to very high temps past couple days. The end of the night service could have been a little bit more prompt to bring our check and leave. However, our group was having an enjoyable time talking so no major fault there.

The pasta is prepared to perfection and the Caesar salad is one of the best anywhere. Our waiter, Garrett C., was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. A top place to dine in Omaha!

                                                                                                Perfect place for a dinner with friends. The food and service were both outstanding! The ambience was great, comfortable and quiet for our conversations. We will definitely be back!

                                                                                                To start, my wife and I were out celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we booked our table, we were asked if this was a special occasion, so I checked Anniversary. Seems a pointless act since the restaurant never did anything special for us. So, Open Table - why ask? Now for the dinner. The ambience is ideal for a nice, quiet dinner. Service was top notch. We were greeted warmly, and our waiter was attentive, allowing us to have a wonderful time. On to the food. It was Ladies Night, so we got a delicious bottle of wine for half price. Our appetizer, Burrata Caprese, was excellent. We split the Caesar Salad. My wife ordered the Spring Risotto, and I had the Spaghetti Carbonara. The salad was good, but both my wife's dish and mine were less than expected. For the price, you expect high-quality food. My carbonara was dry and almost pasty. It lacked flavor. Her risotto was also lacking in flavor. We were never asked how our dinner was. This was our first visit, as we wanted to try a new place and had read good reviews. It's possible that we caught it on a bad night, but for what we spent going back, it won't be something we will consider.

Let me tell you how sorry I am that your entrees were not as expected, and certainly not up to our standards. The Chef is digging into that. I would really like to have you and your wife back as my guests and show you what the food is really like! I am so sorry this happened on your special day.                                                                                                 The Cibo salad ingredients didn’t mention Parmesan cheese but it was covered in it. The menu says it has a house Italian dressing. I should have asked for more info. The dressing was a heavy creamy dressing and was too much for the complex flavors in the salad. I ordered spaghetti pomodoro because I wanted something light and it was spicy. Our appetizer, salads and pasta were covered in parsley too. I would have been ok with it only being on the appetizer. When you spend a lot on a dinner out, you want the food to be fabulous and it was not. Location and patio were great, but we won’t be back.
