Mask and capacity policy definitely not enforced — everything else was great!
My wife is a pescatarian and ordered fish. It had meat in the sauce. The waitress did not alert us of this . After my wife was eating it and realized it tasted different she read the details in the ingredients and we noticed the sauce is started with meat . Food was just ok. Price normal.
Cibo was amazing! Fantastic food and the ambiance was great. The lights and heat lamps allowed us to sit outside in the chilly weather very comfortably.
Service and wait staff were fantastic. The choice of cocktails were unusual. I would definitely recommend the Basilica.
Excellent as always. Plus it’s great to help a local business in these strange times.
Modern itallian with an interesting menu selection. This small restaurant is located in downtown Winston-Salem. Parking might be a challenge but they have valet. Table reservation is important because they don't have many tables.
service was great and food was delicious!
Great food, and atmosphere for Valentine’s Day. Service was a little bumpy, but overall lovely! Would definitely recommend dining here!!
The roast duck gnocchi, that I had, was excellent. I had never tried this, before last night but would not hesitate to order again. My wife liked the frutti demmar, mixed seafood. Both dishes had a cognac sauce that was excellent. Service was also attentive, polite, and very professional. Now for the quirky part of the evening. Our reservation appeared to be lost, when we first arrived but was found by a second staffer that was nearby with an i-Pad. He had to disappear for couple minutes to straighten something out with the manager. However this was promptly done and the rest of the evening was quite enjoyable. Next day, I discovered an email, from Open Table, dispatched 1 1/2 hours prior to our reservation time, that indicated the restaurant had cancelled our reservation. Hmmm, don't know what that was about, so beware of possible disconnect using on-line reservation.
Everything was nice
This was our first time trying Cibo Trattoria. The salad is enough for 2 people which they should tell you. I took half of mine home. I had the shrimp and scallops marina dish. You can't choose your own pasta and if you ask to have angle hair instead of spaghetti it is an extra charge. The wagyu meatball appetizer was delicious. Over all the food was good and service was good. We would go back.
Appetizer (burrata pomodoro) and meals (prosciutto cappellini and the tortellini) were all good, nothing amazing though. The desserts (cannoli and tiramisu) were to die for. Would definitely come back just for that. Service was also excellent
I would not order the baked clams (over cooked)--fresh warm bread with olive oil would be nice vs their current selection. My daughter thought the tortellini was good and I ordered spaghetti with meat-sauce which was also good--a lot of meat-sauce and it could have used more noodles. We ordered the crème Brule--lovely flavor but the presentation was lacking. The service was ok but it was probably due to Valentine's day weekend.--Overall it was nice but not worth the price tag--salad should have been included with the entrée. We were not impressed enough to go again!
Could only sit outside for me and my wife’s valentines meal. Patio was covered and filled with immaculate heaters. Great overall
Nice evening m, sat at the bar great food great bartender!
Amazing experience! Great food and service!
My husband and I absolutely love Cibo. Their food is so good- the fettuccine Alfredo is the best I’ve ever had. The fresh baked bread is delicious and we always have super attentive service.
The ambience outside was incredible! Really cute patio that they’ve added heaters to for winter. I will say it was about 30 degrees outside when we went so it was still a bit chilly. I think they could do with one or two more heaters. The food was delicious. I had the
This was our 3rd visit and once again everything was great! The meatball appetizer has a little kick and could be a meal in itself with a salad or pasta side dish. Love the Cibo salad and the Brussels sprouts!
First time in and we enjoyed a delicious meal in a comfortable Covid-safe environment.
Great Vibe, we will be back.
We were regulars at Pauls Italian and were very excited to dine here. Also, we had often dined at Sweet Potatoes when it was at this same location. It was much quieter and the atmosphere was very nice. Excellent for a sweet date night with your special one for sure. The food was very tasteful. It did come out very quickly after we ordered but I had read about that and ordered accordingly, so we were prepared. Staff was kind and professional. Good Wine list and beer list also for us. We will definitely go back.
Friends and I had a Saturday evening dinner at CiBo. Excellent Italian cuisine and superb service (Sarah was a gem...so kind and helpful). They have a nice outdoor patio with heat lamps for those who wish to dine outside because of Covid.
This restaurant was excellent! We had calamari appetizer, veal picatta, and linguine pescatore, plus cannoli for dessert. I can't pick a favorite because everything was so good! Service was great too!
The food was delish! The only thing I would have to say negative was our waitress was not attentive. Other wait staff kept coming to assist.
Food was excellent, but not cheap. Service was great. However, restaurant is Not adhering to safety conduct. Bar area was very crowded with lots of people up against each other and standing in the room, not seated, with no masks . Right now cannot recommend them because of health concerns. I was very surprised by their lack of compliance.
Amazing dinner with friends at Cibo! We ordered the meatballs and the Brussel sprouts for appetizers. Both are delicious!
One friend had a lobster special, one had pork chop special and one had butternut gnocchi special - very tasty! The fourth had the regular menu item Cappelini with prosciutto - a winner always.
We love the casual atmosphere and the wait staff are attentive. A fave spot downtown!
Great meal, drinks and service. We will be back!
Great food and prompt service. Even comped us a dessert for my wife's birthday! Will definitely go back to try more of the cuisine.
Always solid food. We enjoy the atmosphere here.
Great food and service. Especially love the Paul’s recipes.
This place reminded me of the small restaurants off the inner harbor in Baltimore. Very intimate. Fantastic food and service. I look forward to my next visit.
Service was excellent and food did not disappoint.
Excellent food and service as always!
Wonderful service, food and drinks!!
This was our first time dining here and we were very impressed and will definitely return!
Awesome birthday celebration! Daniel was great! He remembered my birthday treat and packed it to go. The sangria was perfect!
Great place for Italian. Cozy warm friendly staff.
Great as always! This is our third visit and it’s been fantastic every time. We love the food and ambiance is perfect. Service has always been stellar!
We ate outside close to the heaters and between the service by Meg and the food we were happy. All meals were great but I specially love the capellini prosciutto. I highly recommend it.
Great Italian food and wine! Don’t forget to try the Brussels appetizer!
