Food was delicious as always however service was not great. We had a waiter take our drinks and get them wrong several times, he then served a tea with a biscuit on the plate without checking allergies. If it wasn’t abundantly clear the biscuit has nuts in it it’s likely someone on the table would have had a severe reaction. We ordered another round of drinks and 3 of the drinks were missed off and I had to go and ask for them at the bar. After requesting an allergy menu he took orders and came back after half of the food was already at the table to check if the individual with the allergies could actually eat what he ordered as the allergy menu said the chicken and waffles was clear of nuts however it still contained traces. This was fine however in the event he couldn’t have this he would have been sat there without any food whilst everyone else ate. Other than the service issues, the food was great and the woman who took over the table and brought the cake out was really on it with service after this.

Lovely salad, would like to see more salads. The focaccia bread is large and disproportionate to the filling.

We had Afternoon Tea, sandwiches were boring & basic, needs more savoury. Cakes were nice. Noise level was excessive. Would go again but have food off the menu instead.
