Cibo E Beve
Great Italian Pasta, Friendly staff and a wonderful value on Wine. Will certainly be back….
I da been wanting to check Cibo e bev for some time and it didn't disappoint. Our 6:30 reservation was ready right on time, we were seated (4) and ordering in less than 5 min. Food was excellent we all had different items and everyone was pleased with their choice.
Price was on par with the food quality, we will be back soon.
From the bad cocktail to the overly garliced food, this is no longer one of our favorite places.
Another great experience! The food and service was tremendous. Will be back soon!
Great meal, service, value. Overall great experience, we will be back!
We love this neighborhood place - we were pleasantly surprised that they were on top of things and if they were short staffed you’d never know it! The food was great as usual - we will keep going back!
The service was superb and the food excellent. Their pizza is delicious.
Great food and drinks plus they treated me to a wonderful birthday dessert!
Absolutely wonderful meal. Great service. Will be back!
This place was excellent! 10/10.
Drinks were very good! The food was very tasty and the portions were very satisfying. Atmosphere was nice. And our server was top notch. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant and I’ll personally be back when I can.
Cibo never disappoints. Great food, great service. A favorite place for me and my friends.
Amazing place! Great food and an awesome staff! Best Italian restaurant in the Atlanta area!!
The chicken piccata was recommended. The dish had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time as the piccata sauce almost had a crust on it. The dish had 2 pieces of chicken, about 2" x 2" buried under a white flour paste with a few capers. The paste was about 1 inch think. It took some time to dig through the paste to find what you were supposed to eat. On the bright side, my wife's eggplant parm was very good and generous portion for an appetizer. The wait staff started out very attentive but, after we were served our entrees, disappeared until I flagged somebody down by waving my napkin like a naval flag signal. We were never offered coffee or dessert. By then, we just wanted to get out.
Awesome every time
Cibo E Beve is a consistent performer and our go to for special celebrations.
The food is good. BUT, there are a lot of caveats beyond that which you should consider before dining here. Read on.
Our server rushed us to no end. I finally asked "when do you guys close again?" to get my message across after being harrassed. She brought boxes very early on in our meal, then the check, and even attempted to take away my unfinished food right from in front of me until I stopped her.
Second, the atmosphere was nice - depending on which way you were facing... there were tables in the back of the restaurant stacked with to go boxes, random napkins, etc. It was a major eye sore. So if I looked right, there was a nice, dimly-lit ambience and design. And to my left, a picnic destroyed by a tornado.
Lastly, and MOST importantly, BEWARE OF HOW THEY CHARGE YOU. There is fee after fee and fee stacked onto your meal without any obvious notice or any mention from the server. There was a liquor fee and a huge fee for not paying with cash ?? Which is absurd to me in this day and age. Every meal cost nearly 4% more if you pay with a card. So if you don't pay with cash, you have a huge surprise fee tacked on to your meal. Plus, like many restaurants, they sneak in gratuity with medium to large sized parties.
Overall, the food was pretty good and came out reasonably quickly. And the reason I chose this restaurant was because it is female-owned. But go somewhere else for Tuscan cuisine if you really want it. This restaurant is the equivalent of flying Spirit Airlines. Service sucks, they tack on hidden fees, but your flight does get you there eventually (probably).
Food and service were exceptional. Very authentic Italian. Good portion sizes. The owner came around and checked in with various tables. Couldn't ask for a better meal!
Love this restaurant, the food and their staff. They take such good cate of us, especially as we brought family from out of town with us this time.
Gianni And his entire staff was absolutely fabulous. The food and the service were great.Highly recommend. Beautiful
Food is fantastic and the service and owner family are wonderful.
Usually one of our favorites, we noticed they had a problem with flies. Employees were swatting them and we had them at our table. Seemed like small fruit flies.
They need to get to the root of this problem.
This is the kind of restaurant I want to keep returning to. The people, the atmosphere and the food never disappoint. Cibo e Beve feels like home to me.
The atmosphere and service was excellent, however the food was average. Food came out warm, not HOT, and was average taste. We were not wowed by the food
Always great as always.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Our waitress was amazing and very entertaining. Price did not equate to quality of food but to scale of food. Food was bland.
First time eating here and wanting to find some new places. New to town so thought we’d give it a go after seeing the reviews. It’s clearly a local favorite as the owner whom I believe we saw first treated people very nice and attentive.
We sat outside seeing as it’s nice and warm. Service was great and very fast. Got the veal picatta and spaghetti bolognese. The Spag bol was pretty standard. Hopefully next time it’ll have a little more flavor. The veal was not too bad.
Very lively place and clearly a local hot spot.
Overpriced. Not very tasty
Food and service were outstanding.
Gianni and his family of coworkers really make this place. The food is fantastic and I will be coming back for the wine tasting!
We loved it the first time but the second time it was not as good. The owner is nice.
Great small neighborhood gem!
Huge portions, great service, delicious pizza but chicken parm was overly breaded/fried.
Salmon was over cooked at first but they quickly redid the r and it was perfect then. They also comped us dessert fir the inconvenience which shows great customer service. We will definitely return.
A great dinner while visiting children. True neighborhood Italian atmosphere and food. Not pretentious but authentic. Looking forward to returning next visit.
Food was excellent. Kids loved it too.
Awesome meal! We enjoyed everything we ate and the service was some of the best! Definitely will be back.
Cibo proves over and over that it is a perfect spot for ANY occasion.... date night, weeknight, pizza to go. Italian brunch?! I’ll take it! Absolutely delicious meal to start off Mother’s Day.
Impeccable service & food! Our go-to Italian restaurant & date night.
From the minute we walked in until we left, the owner and wait staff were so very nice! We had a large group for a birthday party and the service was perfect! Everyone was served all at the same time, orders where correct and the food was outstanding!! Defiantly homemade pastas and the meatballs are the best I have ever had. Parking was the only negative. I will be back every chance I get.
