Cibo E Beve
Such a nice place! able to accommodate a picky eater too!
Our waitress was a little over zealous and approached us almost immediately asking whether we were ready to order, she did it a few times and we kept saying we weren’t ready yet. I think she finally got the message... otherwise we all enjoyed the food (we each had different things), the ambiance, etc. we have been before and will definitely return!
We sat outside. It was a beautiful evening to spend with friends.
Our first time visiting after seeing them on Atlanta Eats. The food and service were great. I expected to be a more "white" tablecloth kind of place. It was a long drive for us from Cartersville in traffic. It's a nice neighborhood place but not worth the hassle to get to from where we live.
Love this place!
This is truly one of the best restaurants in the Metro area. The owner and manager is truly passionate about his food and it shows. They are extremely accommodating, the service is over the top, and the food is perfect. If you’re a first timer, have the carbonara or the veal Marsala.
The octopus appetizer was great. They were out of the risotto. My wife loved the veal marsala.
The location was great and service was amazing, but my dish was disappointing (though my friends dishes did appear better). I got cacio e pepe and it was very bland--just noodles swimming in butter. The prices seemed a little high for what was delivered.
Fantastic pasta. Fantastic. Perfectly cooked, not overwhelmed with sauce.
Excellent food, Mr Gianni!
The reasons I didnt Give it a 5 star review is our service was not great, it was so loud that the server got a couple of our orders wrong, she was nowhere to be found on a couple occasions but the food was really good. I would Go back. It was Mother’s day, so it was pretty busy. It’s a small space and the acoustics and are not the best. But we had a good time and enjoyed the food. Limited in sandy springs. Can’t be too picky ;)
Came here with the family for Mother's Day. Reserved the table. Expected it would be busy. With that being said, everything from the moment we entered fell short of expectations. The greeter seemed very bothered with having to seat us upon arrival. And her demeanor never wavered.
It took over 10 minutes just to get water to the table. And mind you, there were still open tables when we arrived so they weren't 100% sat at that point. I can only assume that someone noticed we hadn't been helped and our server was recruited to help out. She wasn't super thrilled to see us either.
So, food. The first basket of bread was amazing. Super flaky with a nice crust and very flavorful and soft center. We tried to stop ourselves from eating it all, but there was just no helping it. We put the basket at the end of the table, hoping that would be the universal sign for a refill... we thought wrong. We ordered the brussels sprouts and their noted meatballs for apps. The brussels sprouts were amazing! One of the best things we had all night. Then the highly anticipated meatballs came out (mind you it took nearly 40 minutes for us to get the one appetizer, and we ordered them at the same time; we completely finished the first app prior to the 2nd arriving at the table) and we immediately cut into the two large pieces of meat. And were met with disappointment. The center of both was pink, like a rare steak. The meatballs themselves tasted a little... off. And you could definitely see all of the meat fat in the gravy on the plate. Which may not have been a problem had they been fully cooked.
We got 4 entrees and split them amongst the table:
- The equivalent of the meat lovers pizza - very good. just a touch dry.
- chicken parmigiana - excellent pasta and chicken
- veal scaloppine alla marsala - strange potato like pieces on top, were tough and not tasty; veal was good; overall dish ok
- beef short rib ravioli - the short rib sauce was delicious; shouldn't be pared with ravioli
2 years ago the food was amazing. Now it was just Olive Garden with a nice ambiance.
We had the BEST Mother’s Day meal! Love Cibo and would recommend to everyone! Owners are amazing. Food outstanding. Wine list incredible.
Great Mothers Day brunch.
Great hidden gem in sandy springs. The food is always delicious (portions are huge!) and the service is wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience.
Outstanding service and amazing dinner for all 10 in our party!
Cibo E Bebe continues to improve across the board. The food is wonderful, the staff is attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend Cibo for both everyday dining and special occasions.
Waiter was excellent and, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ambiance was great.
Excellent service by Andre. Very nice gentleman who recommended the right wine. Food was delicious. The meats appetizer was great. The chicken piccata was fantastic.
Saw this restaurant on Atlanta Eats and decided to try.Excellent service from our waiter who recently relocated from Phoenix. The food was excellent, filling and worth the price. Cozy atmosphere and I strongly recommend the grilled octopus!
I look forward to the next meal very soon!!
My girlfriend and I have made this restaurant our spot to celebrate special occasions. The food NEVER disappoints, and every time we have a special occasion going on the entire staff has made us feel special. They go above and beyond here and it shows. We appreciate how friendly they are and their prompt service. The chef is absolutely fabulous!
The food was excellent and the owner greeted and took care very good care of us.
Such a cozy neighborhood restaurant with really good food. Will definitely go back!
We left our server Mary! The owner stopped by and he was so sweet. The food was delicious!
Our dinner was wonderful and our server did a great job!
Another great experience
The restaurant was clean and friendly, we wanted to sit in booth and one was provided in short time. The wait was very decent and i truly enjoyed the food.
Pasta was very mush. End of the story.
It would be beneficial to know the prices of the drinks and if it’s refillable. I knocked down stars due to slow service, my table repeatedly had to ask for something because it wasn’t brought the first time. The untensils were unsanitary and my table of 8 all didn’t receive the food at the same time. We had to wait more than 5 mins for their plate to arrive. Good food, just bad service.
Not a very memorable evening? Appetizers were really good. I had the kale soup which was more like a large amount of white potatos with soup. My husband had the chicken spaghetti that could have used more chicken. Ambience was good, service very good yet the booths are super crowded. I specifically mentioned we were celebrating my birthday on the reservation that was totally overlooked.
Food always great here. Andre was extra sweet to my very high maintenance elderly parents. We truly appreciated his patience and kindness!
The waitress was not friendly. She was not welcoming.
Food was fantastic and the service was great! Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect!
Very good food. Staff was attentive. Manager frequently check in us to make sure all was ok
Great vibe and it was ladies night ! They offered an awesome wine selection at a reduced price ! Can’t wait to go back !
Music WAY too loud! Food not as good as it used to be. When we used to go a long time ago, was much more crowded on a Sunday. This time it was pretty empty the whole time we were there.
This is a nice restaurant with a great Italian menu. Prices seemed a bit high but that is Atlanta inside the loop. Our service was good but not available much since he was covering a lot of tables. Our food was all delicious (crispy brussel sprouts, arugula salad, ravioli special and truffle pizza). Also, the tables are very close together so you will be involved in your neighbors conversations whether you like it or not.
Cibo is one of our favorite restaurants in Atlanta. Food, service and ambience are terrific.
What a delightful surprise in a strip mall! The food and ambiance was lovely. While we had a reservation, we were sat at a very large table for twice the number of people. It seemed odd but it worked out fine. The flat bread was a big hit as were all the pasta dishes. We'll definitely be back!
