My boyfriend and I have been to this place twice now and both times were great. The food is very good and decently priced. The best thing about Ciao Roma is the fantastic service. We were seated quickly for our reservation and food came out fast- they also offer a discount on parking only a short walk away. Perfect for date night!!

We had a FABULOUS experience at Ciao Roma!! We went there to celebrate my friend’s 25 birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. From decorating the table and menus with confetti and happy birthday notes, to the incredible service from our waiter Fabien, the night was just perfect. 10/10 would recommend - I will definitely be coming back here!

We had the best time celebrating our anniversary. As we approached the table, there was a card in the table wishing us a happy anniversary and little shiny hearts spread over the table. Our server, Will, made entree recommendations and gave us champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The food and drinks were amazing! We can’t to go back!

First time having brunch there, the pancakes were amazing. My friends loved their cocktails, I had two different espresso drinks that didn’t disappoint. The vibes and decor was beautiful as always. Great brunch! Really stacks up against other places in the area!!!

Requested a window table when I made the reservation, and didn’t get one while a party (smaller) who arrived just before us got the table. Had to confirm the reservation twice with the restaurant who called me on the phone 45 minutes before my reservation to make sure we were going to show up. I got the feeling they would prefer we didnt show up! Have been there many times in the past but will not go back.

I went for mine and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary, and I am so glad I picked this restaurant! The ambience was lovely, and when we arrived at our table, there was sparkles, a special menu, and a card celebrating our anniversary! We were treated so well, and our waitress was lovely. On top of that the food was really good! Highly recommend!

Everything was just fantastic. The chicken Parmesan with vodka sauce was the best I have ever had. The Caesar salad was dressed to perfection, and the octopus appetizer was magnificent.

We had a lovely dinner with friends before a Celtics game on our 25th anniversary weekend. They made it very special with a cozy window table decorated with hearts and a card, very sweet. The homemade pasta was amazing as well as the cocktails. The restaurant itself is very charming and overlooks North Square on the freedom trail next to Paul Revere’s house so you get a very old world ambiance.

I’ve been to Ciao Roma a few times and it’s always a great experience, but they went above and beyond for my friend’s birthday dinner. I mentioned we would be there for a birthday and expected maybe a dessert but they went all out with custom menus, birthday confetti on the table, and a tiramisu. Would definitely recommend celebrating an event here. Not to mention the food was great and the pink theme is great for pictures :)

Absolutely fabulous experience! We visited for my boyfriends 25th birthday and Ciao Roma left a cute card, and confetti on the table as well as complimentary tiramisu with a candle for dessert! The food was awesome, I loved the birthday theme that they set up for us. They go above and beyond for birthdays! Loved our waiter Will as well.

This was the highlight of our trip to Boston! My husband and I came for our first anniversary, and Ciao Roma made it such a special dinner. We arrived to confetti, special menus, and a card from the restaurant. Everything from drinks to dessert was delicious. We split the lasagna, which was to die for.

This past time we went for my brothers birthday and they went above and beyond - confetti on the table, a birthday card, and a birthday dessert! We recommend the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti - so good!

Saul SAVED the night. We were seated upstairs inside next to 2 large parties celebrating birthdays. Being it was a smaller space, it was very loud and not an environment conducive to a date night. But the assistant manager, Saul, helped us move tables downstairs, personally oversaw our night making sure we had our drinks, apps, and packing up our food in to go boxes after. Even giving us a complimentary limoncello shot. The food was FANTASTIC. Cannot be faulted. However, the service could use more work in meeting the needs of every party rather than just the larger and louder ones. Management knows how to handle situations. At the end of the day, we’ll definitely be back.

Service was poor. Gave us bread but no plates or utensils until we asked.Hairs in my daughters cocktail. The table was slanted so badly our plates were sliding off the table. I realize it was an outdoor table on cobblestone’s but it was very unsafe and it could have been an easy fix. Very small portions for your money

They were out of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir so we ended up settling for the Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon. I ordered the mushroom pasta expecting trumpet mushrooms as described, however, when my plate arrived they were very clearly button mushrooms. Mushrooms are mushrooms, however, and the food was good. The portions were a tad large which made me sceptical of whether the pasta was actually handmade but it very well could have been. The free bread and oil/balsamic vinegar was a nice touch.

They overbooked for the evening so we ended up getting our table over an hour late. It wasn’t ideal but the staff was super sweet and we understood. As a result though they treated us to free apps as soon as we sat down which we so appreciated and the staff was wonderful. Food was delicious too!
