   Disappointed that even with a booking made, arriving and ordering our entrees and drinks, we were asked to move tables, which was a much smaller table and in the back corner of the restaurant. Food was very nice, unfortunately there was a few items that weren’t available from the menu!

   Service was ok as staff need more training but that’s ok. Entree to main was fast then desert was slow to come out and an order of tea took a very long time . The pasta was very aldente and ragu was list slow cooked meat cut up different to traditional ragu but the sauce was delish!

   We'd booked for a birthday dinner. The main course was very slow and despite being advised that the food would not be longer than 10 minutes, the food didn't arrive for another 20 minutes - over an hour from receiving the entre. The food is good but the service was erratic last night.

   This place doesn’t disappoint. Simple yet delicious menu, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We ordered the beetroot and burrata salad, rigatoni bolognaise and gnocchi napoletana; and to finish off we tried the pear and caramel ice cream. Just delicious!

   We went for Father’s Day lunch so there was a set menu. Unfortunately contrary to most reviews the food options were not varied for the set menu we were given. The food didn’t arrive at the same time and there didn’t seem to be any communication between wait staff as we were approached multiple times with the same questions. The pasta dishes were not good at all. One dish was raw, not al dente and the other pasta dish was well overcooked and mushy. The dessert was fairly good except the kids ice cream was very icy and looked liked it had been sitting in the freezer for some time. Due to high wind we were sat inside in the back corner of the restaurant. To get to the bathroom we had to ask another table to get up off their chair to let us pass. It was not a great experience. Overall we will not be returning and I wish I could get my $200 refunded honestly. Very unimpressed.

   Brilliant service but staff can only do so much to make up for the poor food quality. Felt like the pastas were reheated fast food quality level without real taste.

   I had high hopes when booking a table for a relaxed Sunday lunch with family. The staff were absolutely fantastic—super friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu, so two thumbs up there! However, the atmosphere fell flat as we were the only table dining, which made the experience less enjoyable and far from the lively vibe we were hoping for. On the food side, the appetizers were a highlight—tasty, generous portions, and great value for money. The pasta dishes, however, were a bit of a letdown. While I appreciated the al dente texture of the rigatoni, the amatriciana sauce missed the mark. The sauce-to-pasta ratio was off, and it lacked the expected spicy kick, which made it feel less authentic than I had hoped for in an Italian dish. Overall, there were definitely some strong points, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in capturing that genuine Italian flavor in the pasta.

    Staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve been here 3 times already and every single time the staff members have been so kind and accommodating. Not to mention the food is amazing! It’s food made from the soul. The gluten free options are extensive and highly suitable for coeliacs! They are coeliac australia approved, which is a major plus. You can certainly tell the staff are well educated on allergies/intolerances. The ambience is perfect. Will certainly return here many more times :))
