So good! Fairly priced. Loved the clams w linguine. Lots of wine offerings too!
Fantastic overall place! Food was amazing, service was spectacular, was very clean and quiet. Would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine!
Great food and excellent service. We eat there at least twice a month and it continues to be one of our favorites.
First time there. Food prices very reasonable for the quality
If you like Italian food, go there. The restaurant was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The food and service were both great.
We took my husband here while on vacation to celebrate his bday. The service and food was great! Everyone was happy with their meals and most of us had leftovers for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Myrtle Beach.
Great service combining with great food made it an enjoyable dinner experience. Pasta and seafood are fresh and delicious. Tiramisu is excellent
Moderately priced, excellent food. Be sure to make a reservation
Great food, great service! We all enjoyed the MOZZARELLA CAPRESSE, the EGGPLANT ROLLATINI for appetizers, and the CHICKEN MILANESE, the LASAGNA and the SPAGHETTI with MEAT SAUCE for dinner. The BREAD was incredible!
We were so looking forward to our dinner as the restaurant has good reviews. We were sadly disappointed. The food was just “ok”. Nothing to rave about. Dead flies on the windowsill, broken plates with our food and dirty wine glasses. Maybe a local favorite but I would save your money and go somewhere else.
Food was really salty and service was really slow. Had to wait way to long for just just water....
Very good authentic Italian food! Great service and a warm home town feeling at this restaurant.
This was the best meal of our week’s vacation. Attentive service, excellent food and wine.
Great Birthday dinner, will definitely go back.
Jacob was an awesome server! Food was delicious. I recommend the the stuffed mushroom, lobster ravioli and get their house dressing for your salad. You will love this place!
We enjoyed our dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent for a quiet, romantic evening.
We went to Ciao the first night in Myrtle Beach and Laura was our server. The calamari was big enough for 4 people and so was the Mozzarella Caprese. I had the Lemone Chicken and it was very good. My wife had the Chicken Milanese and she also thought is was really good. We finished the night off with a cannoli. The last night in Myrtle I asked the kids (who are all in their 20's) to pick a restaurant. The asked if we could go back to Ciao so we did. Vara was our server and she was just as attentive as Laura. This time I had the Grouper Francaise and it did not disappoint. My wife had Lasagna and she was very happy with her selection. 2 nights dining at Ciao and 1 happy ,"full" family both nights.
We are regular Ciao customers and the food was superb as always. Greg was our server and he was outstanding.
Excellent food and service! Just wish we would have visited sooner in our recent visit that way we could have gone a second time!
First time here was 2 years ago when my boyfriend and I were on vacation and we had a wonderful experience and amazing food. Decided to bring my parents here for dinner and we all had a great time with excellent service, great drinks, amazing food and impeccable service!
Always a great meal!!
Our table was not available even though we had a reservation. Seated us at a small booth next to a window with dead flies on the sill. Taste of food was off and then we overheard a waitress say they are short staffed in the kitchen. Presentation of the dessert I get every time I come here was so disappointing. We had two desserts and both tasted freezer burned. We have been coming for years.
Always good food, good experience, they increased seating
Amazing authentic italian experience!
Food was good and the atmosphere was great but the service needs a lot of work. I ordered a drink one the menu which they didn’t have all the ingredients for so I ordered a different drink, which is no problem! But then the server brought my salad out with the wrong dressing and when she brought a new one out it had the correct dressing but had onion on it (I requested they be taken off of the salad). At this point it’s fine, I wasn’t upset but then she brings my dinner out with the wrong pasta and she said she forgot to put my request in the computer. It was overall an annoying experience with the server but the food itself was good.
Probably my favorite restaurant in Myrtle Beach ever. Bread and food were very good. All five in my party were extremely pleased. Give it a try.
Really enjoyed our meals. Service was excellent. The three of us had something different and everyone agreed all the meals were delicious. Would highly recommend Ciaos. Been going there for many years and I always go back whenever possible.
Ciao never fails to please. We had Spaghetti Carbonara which was a bowl of deliciousness! The bread here is amazing and the service is great. We love this place and come back each time we visit Myrtle.
Food was great, service was great, waiter was also great
This was our first time here but won’t be our last. I’m Italian so am rather picky about sauce but was satisfied with it here. I think any Italian restaurant must have a solid tomato based Italian sauce or it quickly goes negative for me. There were five of us in our party and everyone was pleased. One of the most enjoyable parts of the meal was being waited on by Jacob! Jacob was really funny and even though he was really busy he met all of our needs. This restaurant will be on our list to check out the next time we’re in town.
Very delicious lasagna and chicken alfredo also was outstanding. Bread was so fresh, we had to get a second basket of it. All around fantastic meal.
Delicious food and good service
The food was the beat we’ve had in Myrtle Beach. Everything was excellent. There is a card at the entrance that offers a free appetizer which is worth grabbing on way in.
Don't let the outside deceive you, the inside is really cute. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our service from Kat was great and she was very attentive and funny. If we are in the area again we will definitely go back. This was the only restaurant in the area that we could get a reservation at and it was greatly appreciated, especially with a young child.
Nice place. Great food. Excellent service. Had awesome first time experience.
Everything was wonderful! Good food, service, and the atmosphere. We were on vacation and I would definitely come here again and refer to family and friends visiting myrtle beach. It sure didn’t disappoint.
Ok…..not goons lie - food was authentic amazing!
Food was mediocre, not great. Place is not clean. Random hairs on black tablecloths (not ours). The clincher was coffee served in one mug that had lipstick on it and another cup of coffee served in a mug that had had so much coffee residue on the inside edges of it that it came off on my fingertips when I touched it. You could also see were the person who drank out of it last scraped the edges of the cup with their spoon. Gross. Mugs clearly were not washed or cleaned with ANY effort. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and efficient, the only good part of the experience. Based on cleanliness, would absolutely not go back.
The food was great, the service was excellent. We will be back
