Ciao Italian Bistro & Wine Bar
There’s something for every taste and palate at Ciao. From sizzling steaks and seafood, to pastas and an extensive wine list. Familiar favorites alongside fresh new tastes. All made from the freshest ingredients.
Ciao offers an exclusive selection of wine and cocktails. Of course, we also have an impressive selection of specialty drinks, beer and wine.
Open table took my reservation. I was taking my family out to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We showed up at our scheduled reservation time only to find that the restaurant was permanently closed. Why would Open Table continue to take reservations for this closed establishment? We had to scramble to find a nearby restaurant for our group as walk ins.
It was closed! Yet you still let me make a reservation and sent me reminders. We got there to find it was closed.
Poor service for both of you!
Why are you promoting a restaurant that is closed but still accepting reservations on your site and verifying the reservation?
We had the calamari appetizer which was delightful. Our main course of chicken picante and lamb shank were well prepared and ample size for the price. It was well executed and satisfying dinner. One of our go to Italian Restaurants.

Took my son out for dinner and we were very pleased. The veal Marsala was excellent. Great Service, great food and very nice evening.
We appreciate having this nice restaurant in walking distance to our home. The staff is always friendly and personable as is the owner Robert. We like salmon, pastas, salads and Cocktails!
Chicken Parmesan was chewy and and not flavorful. Burrata and breadsticks were tasty. Friend ordered steak, she like it.
All leather chairs on table were peeling. Meals cost too much to be sitting in a peeling leather chair.
You really don't get the quality you pay for. The menu is a sheet of paper and it had grease spots on mine. The wine selection is great but the menu is not. The eggplant parmesan was awful. The eggplant tasted like plastic and was very hard to chew. The minestrone soup was horrible. It had the texture of oatmeal. The risotto was not very good but the lamb shank was great. The salad was drowning in vinaigrette.
We are definitely not going back. Very disappointed.
This was a Mexican restaurant, last time. Furniture is worn. Food was reasonable for price. Wish them well. It is not good enough beyond your price point.
Food is excellent. Portion size is large. All the pasta dishes are wonderful. Also try the spinach salmon salad. It could easily be shared by two.
One of my favorite Italian restaurants lately; we were a little disappointed that the patio wasn't available though - host told us they did not have enough staff available which didn't make sense to me. Food was excellent and service exceptional!
Best filet I’ve ever had. Service was great. Loved the wine selection.
House salads served with entrees were swimming in balsamic dressing, spinach salad was a large plate of mostly spinach leaves + a rather small piece of salmon, the butternut squash ravioli was too creamy but the lamb chops were good.
We were a party of four. Actually the appetizers and the three other entrees were good; however, my steak tips and portobello entree was overdone. I really should have sent it back, but I didn't want to disrupt the flow of the evening.
This has been one of my favorite entrees at Ciao and have always in the past enjoyed it.
well thought out menu-great wine selection....will go back
Amazing! This place is beautiful the food is great the service is great. I been driving past this place for a very long time and finally decided to go in. I’m happy that I did
Stopped here to have dinner and drinks with a friend. Started with the beef tips and calamari, both which were scrumptious. I had Alfredo and she had something else, I know that stinks for a review but it was all so yummy. Our server, Vera, was sweet and kind and generous and on top of everything. I honestly would never have thought to go here if it want because we were starving and everywhere else had hours long waiting time, but I’m definitely going back. And this time I’m making it a romantic date night with boo. The ambience was chill but nice. Definitely recommend
Very noisy table nearby
Very "not bad" nothing that I could call memorable. Tolerable, decent. You get it ... ho hum
I would never return, nor recommend anyone to a restaurant where they don't care about their customers. During these times, where it's generally slow in restaurants, one would expect staff to do their best, but apparently at Ciao, they're satisfied with status quo. Food was moderate at best, presentation on the plates showed sloppiness, and service staff showed no interest in being there. Sorry, but this experience is memorable only due to lack of performance on the restaurants' part.
The food is not tasty at all. Big disappointment. I wish it was good...
Beer was flat
Spaghetti bolognese was marginal
Steaks dry and not flavorful
Romantic dinner or ladies night out you can not go wrong here. Pasta is delicious. The salmon is wonderful! Save room for limoncello gelato.
Food and service good
We sat at the bar to eat Bartender Gabby did a great job We will go again
Great food and service!
We had wonderful service, our waiter made great recommendations and we enjoyed everything we had to eat. Staff was extreamly attentive.
My wife and I love Italian and I wanted a different experience. So I thought we should try out Ciao and it was awesome
Nothing special. We went on Valentines Day. We were greeted and seated quickly. I requested a booth. We got a table near the bar. We had an early reservation - not busy yet. Waitress was fine - she was also working the bar. Food came out in a timely manner. Bread was hot and good. Mushroom soup was good. Salmon special was not the greatest. It was way under cooked - ok, half of it was raw. I eat sushi - the salmon was raw. I was pretty full from the bread so I only picked at the salmon. I do not like to alert the staff unless things are really bad. This was an “ok” experience. We were feeling like we do not ever need to return here. Our table was against 2 walls, we felt boxed in. Nothing special.
Great food, outstanding service.
Cold Veal Marsala and old veal picata. Service very bad rushing dishes in n out. Not recommended will never go back.
Wonderful birthday celebration. The interesting menu made it hard to choose, but all four of us were very satisfied with the food ,presentation and service. Th portions were also vry generous and the tiramisu was as great as it can get
New Year’s Eve dinner with friends. Fantastic pasta, steak or fish. Great ambiance. Not sure what it was going to be like. Would not recommend casual attire. Put on a nice sweater or button down and take your lady to a delicious, romantic dinner.
Food was very good and the staff was pleasant. Plan on visiting again!
New Years Eve
Great service and nice wine list, not overly priced.
Definitely would recommend and return.
Great as usual. It is a very professionally run facility. Very accommodating if a change is requested.
I have been to all locations and this one exceeded my expectations
The food was mediocre at best.
Everyone ordered a different dish and each of us loved what we ordered. Even the coffee was fabulous!
