Lamb chops were chewy and fatty , chicken Piccata and calamari were kinda tasteless
When you walk in the interior is nice and clean. The staff was attentive. But then the food. I got the veal parm. The “filet” tasted too soft and commercially prepared. The spaghetti was too soft, and the sauce was thin. It tasted like Chef Boyardee. My wife got the tortellini with mushrooms. Again, the sauce was really thin and absent of flavor. The garlic bread was the best part of the meal. They have a half decent wine selection. All in all, if you’re from the Philly, NYC or Chicago area it will come up short. I will say it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good.
stumbled upon this amazing Italian restaurant (a true gem) while house hunting pre-Covid. My wife and I now frequent for special occasions. Great food, Good atmosphere, Amazing service. been several times and it never disappoints.
I had a great linguini special, scallops, shrimp and Lobster. I have been here several times and would definitely recommend. Next time I am in Orlando, I will be here again.
Service was not up to the usual quality. They had a full house and like everyone they were short staff. Food was wonderful and the overall experience was great.
Other than the administrative mess-up where they did not think that I honored my reservation through Open Table, I was very pleased with my experience there. I anticipate going back after Magical Dining to try other dishes on their menu.
We were on town for a few days and wanted Italian food. We found this one and it was offering the Orlando magical dining so we got a great value for $37/person. I got boneless short ribs and my hubby got Truffle cheese tortellini with filet tips. We both loved our meals. The short ribs were gluten free and they were accommodating in that and ice cream for desert. Both meals were great and we went home satisfied and full. Service was a little slow but that's to be expected during special dining weeks such as magical dining. The dining room was nice and romantic with it's soft lighting.
Not good food
Delicious food. Professional servers. Something for everyones taste and budget. Not the best acoustics so if you have a hearing impaired diner, or a crying child it may not be the best place.
Absolutely amazing! The best service I have ever had. The entire party walked out talking about how impressed they were. The food was to die for and was reasonably priced for the quality received. 10000% would recommend!
the meals are fantastic. We took advantage of the Magical Dining discount, and it was great. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and deserts. I'm sure the rest of the menu was just as good. The service was excellent. They only have beer and wine, and a glass of wine was $12 - $20 depending on what you got. Kinda expensive. Not a discount place... but a great place for delicious food.
Food was excellent and they have a nice selection of wine. Pace of the dinner was a bit on the fast side, but I’d definitely rather a quicker pace than a slower one. Will definitely return!
Service was excellent. Owner stops by to make sure everything is ok. The food was excellent.
We throughly enjoyed our dinner here. It was delicious. Everything prepared to perfection. They have a great clear salad that was very close to how I make it at home. The seafood in the linguini was high quality and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back. As a matter of fact we switched our reservations for tonight and are coming back here.
This place was fantastic. The food was so good, the staff is amazing and it wasn’t very busy at all for a Friday night.
Wonderful food and service. They appeared to be short staffed but our food came out in a timely fashion and our server was hustling. Would highly recommend. The risotto was outstanding.
The best Italian restaurant in Orlando. The best Navarra family
The restaurant was nice and the food was good but for the price, the portion size was small. Pasta is inexpensive and I thought the dishes could have been healthier and more plentiful. I left feeling hungry. In addition, the automatic 18% gratuity was very presumptuous. Tips should be based on service and not on the amount spent on food and it should never be automatically added to the bill. Restaurants of this caliber should pay their employees appropriately so that tips are not necessary.
Wonderful family-owned restaurant with great food and large portions. Awesome service. Get the special, whatever it is!
Great food. If you want fantastic tasting traditional Italian flavor than you go here. It’s cheap for portion size and quality of food. Seriously amazing flavor, would recommend!
Great food and service. We will be back. Thanks
My sales team amd I do trade shows all over the country. Ciao is the best part of coming to Orlando. We love the service, food and overall experience. One of our favorite food stops
Perfect,delicious food, friendly people,
We were in the restaurant last evening, the meal was excellent but service was underwhelming. When we first arrived the host was not happy that we asked for the children’s menu for my 11 year old because to was too old. In my opinion it’s not about savings it’s about waste of food. My 11 year old cannot eat an adult portion of chicken Parm, I struggle to eat that much food. Unfortunately that was our first impression from there the service didn’t meet expectations. We had two gentlemen serving us, one was shorter with grey hair the other was very tall. The short server was excellent, he asked about water service and brought the sparkling for all. When the taller gentleman man came over he asked if we were ready to order food. I asked about wine which completely annoyed him, then the two bottles I asked for he couldn’t find. Next I asked about bread but he said there wasn’t any ready, while the other server was bringing it to tables. The shorter gentleman brought the bread to us when we asked. The taller waiter never came back to refill wine glasses. When he brought the meals, the plates were clanged against other plates. We tried to address with the host at the end but he knows not of this was true, not sure how.
Again the shorter waiter with the spoon tie tac was excellent, he would be the reason I come back.
On a side note the taller waiter had a terrible cough, while he wore a mask the entire time not an impression I would want as a business owner in the current pandemic. Also there was a large table that sat near the credenza on the right side. They needed to move for some reason and when the host cleaned the table any silverware or setting that didn’t look used was rolled back up and placed back in the pile, same with plates. This is not infection control measures I would want used in my establishment during these times.
I attempted to contact the restaurant to get their input. They have not called back.
Great meal with great service!
Restaurant is located in a very crowded parking lot next to a bar in a strip mall. Restaurant food was average. Pretty plain tasting chicken parmigiana. Waiter messed up my order but all in all it was a good experience. Price for food was good as well.
Great food and great service! Our party of six, including our 2 toddler grandchildren tried a wide variety of menu items and we were pleased with each one. I took a chance on the papardelles with wild boar and mushrooms, it was wonderful. They offer a children's menu. Highly recommend.
The service was great! Food was good. Price is right but didn’t like that they added gratuity for a party of 2. Overall I would recommend it.
Food was delicious and waiter was excellent!! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Since all the restaurants were booked at Gaylord Palms we had to venture out to Friday night bumper to bumper traffic! We made it to Ciao Italia, service was great, food was great, wine was great! Definitely would come back when in the area again!
Food and service was fabulous!!
A friend and I had a business dinner at Ciao Italia and it was fantastic. From the great bottle of Chianti to the dinner of grouper with asparagus and mashed potatoes it was a taste treat. Service was the best.
Good good and good service.
Second time there and this restaurant is so consistent. Amazing food. Amazing service. Great ambience. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants!!
La comida excelente. El servicio mmmm... Un poco rudo. Son napolitanos!!! Lo recomiendo mucho por los platillos. Muy muy buena comida. Los precios bien.
Soda came in 20oz bottles. Food was just okay for the price.
Carmelo was our server. He was amazing. Also the food was amazing as well. Felt like I was back up in Boston in the north end
