Ciao is an excellent restaurant with authentic Italian food. The servers are well versed and will work with you to get exactly what you would like. Always a pleasant and tasty experience.

In a part of Florida that is plagued by rude and horrific service, I was amazed and completely pleased by our experience at Ciao Italia Ristorante. Real italian food with real italian service made for a really great italian experience. Would highly recommend!

Truly outstanding meal. Very authentic Italian. I thought I was back in Tuscany. Can’t wait to go back. Chicken Marsala melted in your mouth.

We discovered this little gem on a whim looking for something different. We are local and thought we knew all the best Italian restaurants but clearly we didn’t. The food is excellent and very fresh. Homage hot crusty bread with dipping sauce comes with the meal. We then ordered a house salad which was very fresh lettuce with blue cheese, pine nuts and avocado in a citrus vinaigrette. I never have high expectations for a good salad and was really surprised. Excellent. I had the lemon chicken with artichokes and was really pleased. My husband had the Alfredo. Perfectly done and not too heavy as many restaurants make it. Dessert was a creamy Sicilian cannoli and a perfect cappuccino. The wine list is very good, not great, but there is something for everyone and reasonable price points. I would add this to your list of restaurants to try. You will hot be disappointed by the great food and excellent service.

This restaurant accommodates large groups rather than couples. It advertises as being romantic but it is noisy and seating for 2 is not located in quiet locations. My meal was burnt and the veal was tough. To the restaurant’s credit, they did replace my meal with another selection when I notified them. Being from the East where there are excellent Italian restaurants, this one didn’t compare with other Italian restaurants I have eaten in. Service was very good.

A lovely dinner at our secret family run Italian restaurant. As we had the 4 year old with us We dined early.Skyler had a nice bowl of spaghetti. We tried several starters best was caprese salad. The signature dish Veal chop was a lovely stuffed chop tho the marsala was touch over salted as was the sauce on my Veal marsala over pasta .
The pappardelle with mushrooms seemed to have shredded beef in the gravy and few if any mushrooms.
We had a divine Tartuffo for desert.9

Food was good but service was very slow.

A nice Italian meal with great service. I am pretty sure every waiter in the whole restaurant helped out in one way or another during our meal. Each person either ran a plate from the kitchen , filled up a water glass or provided a needed item.

Ciao Italia is the best Italian restaurant in Florida. Incredible food and excellent wine selection.

The strip mall location made me a bit suspect, but trusted the Open Table 2019 "Favorite" recommendation and was pleased with the experience. The restaurant was full when we arrived at 7pm and still 3/4 full when we were leaving at 9pm... on a Tuesday! It seemed as if there were many locals eating, which was a positive sign, and contributed to a vibrant feel and noise level.

The food was very good, a healthy pour of wine for the price, and food came out quickly and temperature appropriate. We chose the fish special and wasn't disappointed. The parfait like dessert was light, cool, and a good finish.

The only irritation was our waiter, who was a bit brusque and seemed eager for us to get our food ordered. We were there for a leisurely 2 hour dinner and it seemed like he wanted us out of there in 1 hour. Very professional mind you, but we felt like we were being rushed, especially at the beginning. We were there just under 2 hours and enjoyed our meal.

My sister and I were having girls night out and selected this restaurant. Their food was spectacular, the staff was so friendly and everyone went out of their way to make it an exceptional experience. Absolutely wonderful from our arrival to when we left!

Great family owned restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Went back to try the Veal chop. What a treat that was. Almost melted in my mouth. Veal chop butterflied and stuffed with cheese and procuisto. Then baked and covered with a congac and mushroom sauce. 20 ounces of pure pleasure. Wife had the wild boar pasta. The sauce flavor was outstanding. Every bite caused you to savor this dish

Food was terrific. Wait service was great. The hostess was extremely rude. We were about 10 min late due to trolley that never came. The hostess immediately sighed and said we were late. No sooner then when we sat, the hostess came over and promptly told us we had to be done eating by 7 because we arrived late and they had another seating. This was at 5:30; we were done before 6:30.

We were certainly late and we apologized, but the hostess did not need to act that way. Aside from the hostess it was an otherwise nice evening at Ciao Otalia.

We eat at Ciao every time we are in Orlando. We are never disappointed. The food is good, the service is good. We will return next year when we’re back in Orlando.
