Food was great, so was our waitress
We had forgotten how good the food and service was. I believe they have the best Italian spinach in Memphis. They also have a good wine list with very reasonable prices.
What a wonderful meal! The best salmon I have ever had! All four of us ordered something different and everyone loved their food. The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent.
All I can say was that everything was perfect
Food was amazing, we were seated immediately and the service was excellent. The salmon with goat cheese risotto was the best thing I’ve ever had!
This is such a gem in the East Memphis area. The staff are always very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and always accommodating. The ambiance is cozy and clean always. Its like a wonderful neighborhood restaurant with many repeat customers. The food is always consistently good and the portions are sufficient. I love that they have gluten free options even though I would like to see a few more of those options. Nonetheless, you feel like family after dining with them. We were so relaxed and enjoyed our time and dinner lasted 2.5 hours. Its that kind of place. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you are entertaining out of town guests.
Christen did a great job. Food was very good and the value was great
Excellent food and service. Suzie always has great servers and food is so good
Everything great! Soup of day Rosemary and white bean soup didn't taste right. I can but my finger on it! Taste a little murky
The Tuna, Avacado & Almond Appetizer was a Treat!!!
Great dinner as usual! Really love this restaurant!
Ciao Bella for Italian food was average at best. I did not care for the seating (minor compliant) as the seats in the booths were made for people at least 6 feet tall. Shorter people like myself will find they need a thick telephone book which don't exist anymore to reach the table easily. I just don't like the food at the same level as my eyes which makes it hard to see. The food was pedestrian type the usual so called Italian fare but does not measure up to most really good Italian restaurants I have been to all around the US. If I visit Memphis again this would not be a destination place. The restaurant just does not measure up to the positive reviews it gets on Open Table and Trip Adviser. The prices were reasonable and the service was good but good prices and good service does not the food taste better.
The food was fantastic and the portions were very generous. We had a fantastic waiter who was very attentive and social, which made the experience much more intimate and it seemed like we were being cared for. There was a very bright light hanging over the booth we were sitting at, but this is a very small complaint that was overturned by the great service. Honestly, I forgot about the light after course after course came out. Will definitely be back!
Only second visit, but was somehow better than last time. This place is great all around. Don’t hesitate to go check out Ciao Bella. 👍👍👍👍👍
I loved the spanokapita and had the gnocci dish. Everything tasted amazing!
New menu is hard to read. Miss the salmon brochette. Good as always.
From start to finish, we had a wonderful night out celebrating our daughter’s birthday! Salads were cold, crisp and very fresh; all 4 of us had entrees that were hot, flavorful and satisfying. The Italian spinach was the best!! The price point is very good and server exceptional.
As always, Ciao Bella was very attuned to our needs and made for an excellent experience. Their new menu is great too.
Love the chicken/lemon soup.
Also like some art on walls - are they for sale?
Food was, at best, good—but Trevor’s service was exceptional.
All was fine until they brought some fish to the table next to us....
It smelled AWFUL!
They are always reliable for a dependable service and good food.
Excellent meal overall. Great service and wonderful recommendations from Trevor.
Ciao Bella is one of those Nona’s homemade kitchen secrets kind of restaurants. Everything tastes fresh with flavorful combinations. When the waitress described the special, we could tell that it was the type of dish the staff was fighting over in the kitchen. Absolutely phenomenal and highly recommended!
We were traveling through Memphis for the first time and found this restaurant with great reviews on Open Table. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was very good tasting and portions average size. Definitely a place we would return to on our next trip.
They made our anniversary very special from start to finish. Service was awesome, and the food was outstanding! The Heirloom Caprese appetizer was perfect. The scallops and risotto special was delicious. We will be back soon.
It was wonderful. We had a reservation for 8:00 but went early. The hostess was so sweet, told us they would seat us as soon as they could. We were content to sit at the bar, enjoying a glass of wine, and it wasn’t 10 minutes and she came to seat us! The mussels in white wine were perfect to start, both the penne and the carbonara were excellent. Came to the table hot, we ate every bite!
Wonderful as always. Great food and service and atmosphere!
Delicious appetizers and main course lunches!
Can’t wait to return1
As always, Ciao Bella did not disappoint. We had great food, outstanding service, and enjoyed everything. Some of the best meatballs my husband had ever eaten
Wonderful service, atmosphere, and food!
Great food, great service.
This is one of our go to places. Always great food always great service. We will be back soon.
Love this place! Food and service are always consistent.
Always enjoyable atmosphere, service, and food!
Love the ambiance and salads and pasta. Possibly not the best place for fish.
I absolutely love Ciao Bella! I don’t think I’ve had a single dish there that wasn’t incredibly delicious. The staff is very accommodating. They are usually able to fit you in even if you don’t have a reservation. Although the Open Table reservation feature is super helpful too. Every time I’ve used it, my table is ready upon arrival. The wait staff is courteous and fast. And I love the atmosphere.
Super once again. They are consistent, consistent, consistently good.
We had a wonderful dinner. The only complaint is that the Margarita pizza is really a cheese pizza with basil. I ate one slice and it had so much cheese on it I could not eat any more. I wish it had been a simple mozzarella and basil pizza. My husband had the cannoli and he loved it
We love Ciao Bella normally, but this past Saturday night, it was very chilly in the restaurant and there was a large round table of very loud people using profanity and just making our dining experience less than desirable. We will go back, but we just didn't enjoy this time as much as we usually do.
