Wait staff could be much better and attentive.
For Easter brunch I ordered a coffee and they brought me a very very cold cup of coffee.
Food is Ok, but service still lacking, just the same since last time we were there.
Very good location. The food and service were very good.
We was there 45 minutes before they took our food order they took our drinks order right away it took almost an hour for us to get our drinks They only took off for one drink and dessert I’ll bill was over $100. Very poor management the waiter kept apologizing.
Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Will definitely return.
Food was good but not as outstanding as in the years past. Service also was good but not exceptional. Still is one of our favorite places to eat on a special occasion.
Churrascos always a solid choice. I'll keep it in my pocket to go to again.
Food was ok but not great. Friendly staff. Had the churrascos stake. Tasted ok but not the quality I expected for a restaurant of that level.
The food was excellent, Loved the Plantain chips and salsa right off the bat. I had the salmon with roast vegies and avocado and as starter had a cup of Cubana black bean soup. My husband had the Churrasco Argentino steak with au gratin potatoes which he said was amazing. Great wine and beer selections but were out of some of the beers that were on the menu. Topped off with the flan for dessert which was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend!
Best Steak. Excellent service always. A bit pricey on the steaks, but well worth it when you combine it with the overall experience.
Wonderful experience to celebrate birthday.
I have been at the Memorial location multiple times, always great. First time at The Woodlands. The food here was ok, nothing to rave about. The meat doneness was off - medium rare was well-done and well-done was overcooked. Service was very good. Our server was super nice and made our experience great. Sadly the food to value ratio is off. I will probably stick to dining at their Memorial location only.
Nice place, food and service not very good..........
Great food, great service! Price is a little higher than expected but it was an amazing dinner.
Horrible experience. My reservation was at 8pm. We didn't get seated until 10pm. Once seated, the food took so long to arrive at our table.
Went for Valentines and service was horrible. Over 30min for appetizer and 1:15 to get the entree. And this was with a very limited menu. The manager had no idea what was going on and couldn’t tell us why it was taking so long. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
Disappointing experience. It struck me as a disorganized operation. Food was ok but not worth the frustration.
Food was good for the most part. I had the fried shrimp. Only real complaints were that we walked in and weren't greeted or seated for almost 10 minutes. No one was at the hostess station and it wasn't busy. We were the 5th table out of 5. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what. The other issue was the ice cream that came with our bread pudding was frost bitten. That being said I would give them another try. This may have just been an off day.
I'm not gonna say it wasn't good- because it was. I'm not gonna say the wait staff didn't do their job perfect, because they did. But the amount of food vs dollar spent I think is lost. My wife got the Churrasco, and they forgot to put the veggies on the plate!
The food was amazing. Our server was great but we thought the drinks could have came out a little faster. Seemed the bar was a little slow! We will definitely be back though!
Birthday lunch for my 83 year old mom mom. We had the patio on the beautiful Waterway to ourselves. The mojitos and Churrascos steak was delicious. The sweet and attentive waiters surprised mom with sinfully delicious tres leches cake. Go to Churrascos. Great lunch menu with drink specials
10/10! Everything was AMAZING. I definitely would recommend and will for sure be coming back.
New Year’s Dinner
One of the best places to eat in the Woodlands! Don't miss the famous Churrasco steak. Also, the Payia cocktail (if in season) is awesome!
The food and service were awesome. It wasn't very crowded so was also rather quiet.
Graduation. Master Degree.
I expected more. Arriving at the place it was lunchtime and it was quiet. The table I was assigned was pretty shabby, and so were the seats. Looked like the place had a very worn out feel about it. This was the only opportunity of dining with my colleagues this year. It was the festive season and there was ZERO festive about the establishment. There appeared to be only one member of staff in the entire building, hence he was running about all over the place. The starters ordered were of questionable quality - the only acceptable one was a Ceaser salad! The main courses came and went, and really did not impress; felt like they were reheated from night before. All in all I will have to say it was a very poor experience, and for 200 dollars I could have got an awful lot more elsewhere. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Value for money - certainly not; quality of food? Terrible.
The best food and service you will get in Houston. I have been going to Churascos for over 15 years and it’s still my favorite restaurant. I wish I could go there weekly.
Food was a little cold and waiter was very slow. It is usually an enjoyable dinning experience, but not impressed tonight.
We love churrascos!
Be prepared to wait! Recent reviewers had indicated that Churrasco's had slow service. We still decided to dine there because we like the food. Well... 30 minutes before our cocktail order was placed was a bit much! Were it not for the basket of plaintain chips that arrived promptly after we were seated, we probably would have departed before the waitress finally arrived.
Poor staffing (only one bartender on a Saturday night and not enough servers) seems to be the biggest issue.
I hope they get it fixed!
Misunderstanding with my server but didn’t offer to correct it, I was somewhat disappointed but didn’t expect him to correct it as he didn’t seem to have extensive experience serving at very nice restaurants.
Great food - great service . Miguel was our best server yet!
Because we booked through open table, we were seated at a high top table between the bar and host stand. I even selected “standard seating” when booking (not the bar) but when you book on open table it “automatically puts you at that table” restaurant was all but empty when we arrived and left, but hostess couldn’t seat us anywhere else. Apart from that and the ceiling light shining brightly in my husband’s face, the food was fantastic!
Great service and the food was delicious
Loved the food and atmosphere will return. The staff was great.
The seasoning on the grilled shrimp was superb.
Good food. Poor service. This place was probably great 5-7 years ago. Now it’s time for an overhaul. The potential is there!
Churrascos is our go to place for business dinners and special personal occasions. The food is excellent and service is top notch.
Great hang out spot. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service.
First time to visit restaurant, we were very pleased with the food and service. servers were very attentive, food was excellent and portions were large, plantain chips were some of the best I've had (and I lived in Ft Lauderdale at one time). Recommend this restaurant.
