As usual great food and service. All the plantain coated chicken dishes are really good and the steaks have great seasoning and are prepared well.

Absolutely amazing. We've been looking for a good place for steak and we have found It! The steaks were superb and tender. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The plantain chips and Chimichuri was delicious. We will definitely be going back for special occasions!

I have eaten at a different Churrascos before.....A huge difference. I would never try a different Churasco if I based it on this particular restaurant. It was absolutely horrible. Food was lukewarm and portions extremely small. Service was so so, better than the food. They need an overhaul of management and go from there.

Easter brunch at Churrascos with two kids was perfect. Everyone found delicious and plentiful food (without resorting to chicken tenders or macaroni and cheese!). The meat selection at the carving center was my favorite—beautifully seasoned beef tenderloin, gorgeous suckling pig...and the dessert table was a big hit (the “tasting” portions were just right for getting to sample it all). I will be returning, both with and without the kiddos.

Been going to Churrasco's for years...this was a late lunch (2:30)...by the time we left, we were the last one's there. Celebrating my wife's birthday, so....
The complimentary plantains we received were burnt. My wife ordered the "Churrasco", a petite filet, ordered medium ($30.00), and it came out very close to well done. The South American vegetables that used to come with the meal (grilled plantains and fried potato puffs) had to be requested (presumably because "many people didn't like them"---go to Burger King!).
I don't like it when a server "hovers", but refill a water glass, or check on a diner's needs once or twice during the meal, y' know?
I listed the fact we were celebrating a birthday, but nothing was offered (i.e. dessert)...on an $80.00 lunch for two. Overall, not the kind of experience we've cone to expect.

WE went to Churrascos for their flambé tres leches . The waiter did not asked us if want it flambé or not and we did not know that we actually have to ask for it. So we were very disappointed. The waitress was at times in-friendly

Service was so-so. We ordered steaks, which were excellent. The sides were over cooked, the Caesar salads were bone dry.. we were given the “paste”, not dressing which was really bad. Ultimately the salads were sent back. We dine here several times per year, it seems to be not as good as it used to be. That being said, not sure we will be headed black for a while.

My husband and I had our date night at Churrascos on 10 March 2018. I had previously eaten at Churrascos in River Oaks, but my husband had not. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. We ordered the Red and Rose Sangria which was good, but not the best that we've tried. The waiter(Jose) was knowledgeable and helpful with our order. We ordered the Queso Fondu with Smoked Crab & Shrimp, the Chicharron was served on the side per my request. Someone delivered Plantain Chips with a red and green salsa. We had to flag someone down to get our plantains refreshed. Jose apologized stating that they had new staff who needed to be reminded to refill the plantain chips. We followed the appetizer with a Spring Salad with Artichoke Hearts, Radishes, and Capers. Entrees: My husband ordered the Grilled Red Snapper with Grilled Crab/Shrimp, and I had the Grilled Lobster. One of our entrees also had Pickled Red Onion, Fried Cojito Cheese, Fried Yuca & Fried Plantains. We also ordered ROASTED ANDEAN POTATOES with peruvian huancaina sauce & queso fresco. Everything was delicious. We could not complain. We had to order our dessert to go: ALFAJORES melt-in-your-mouth dulce de leche short bread cookies. They really did melt in our mouths. We definitely will return!

I am not a big fan of chain steakhouses but my husband wanted to try this restaurant so we had our date night here. The food was very good - we had the guacamole with pork cracklings and chicken empanadas for starters. The empanadas were very tasty and the sauces complimentary. The guacamole wasn’t so great. I ordered the filet en salsa jalapeña and it was delicious. My steak was cooked just right and was very flavorful and tender. The accompanying sauce was delicious and had some heat but wasn’t overbearing. My husband had the salmon with shrimp and really liked that dish as well. We were way too stuffed for dessert. I do have to say that for us, the best part of the evening was the exceptional service we received, not just from our waiter, Juan, but from the restaurant manager. The complimentary plantain chips and dips were amazing as well - the green garlicky sauce was our favorite of the two. We will definitely keep Churrasco’s on our list of places to frequent.

The waiter and the food were excellent! The wait time was too long for a prefixed wine dinner menu. 2 hrs and 15 min. We got there and 530p when there was not that many people to begin with.
We would love to continue the monthly wine dinners but not at that pace and timeframe.

My husband and I were out for our first date night after having a baby in January. Jackie and Pancho went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the evening SO special! They were so, so attentive and knew about our situation. They even brought us complimentary appetizers and dessert -- we were just floored. We've never had service like that in our entire lives. They made the evening so memorable and enjoyable, we can't thank them enough for such amazing attention! They really lifted our spirits. This was our first time having dinner at Churrascos and we will CERTAINLY be back thanks to their excellent service!

Celebrated a birthday for our 85 yr old friend, the service and meals were wonderful. and serving temperatures perfect. The steaks were cooked as requested and snapper was not overcooked and both were flavorful. e enjoyed the complimentary banana chip appetizers and the house salads were a good size and had a variety of veggies, capers and hearts of palm, very nice. Beverages refilled without waiting. Desserts were wonderful, best Coconut Ice Cream, it was placed in a crisp sugar, caramel bowl, that was tasty and crisp. The brownies with caramel topping was just right, not too heavy or sweet, and the ice cream was fresh.
Food was great but all this would have been ruined if we had poor service, but thankfully our waiter was excellent, and I could tell he was a master at providing quality service, his name was Jose. Thank you Jose.

We went for Valentine’s Day dinner. The delay in service and the wait time to receive food are what make me rate the evening lower. It took almost an hour to receive our food. My husband had ordered an item that they ran out of but they didn’t inform us until 15 minutes after we had ordered. The server was knowledgeable but seemed rushed and over worked as if he couldn’t handle the number of tables assigned to him.

The food itself was cooked well and flavorful when it arrived. We expected to be given some type of small desert or compensation for the delay but we were only given an apology and told it would be a better experience next time.
