Churrascos - Champions
We love Chruuascos food and dining experience. This visit there were some very loud customers that interfered with our rather elegant dining
Screaming/ shrieking kids (and their oblivious parents) completely ruined what would have been a wonderful meal.
Everything was great, te only thing I didn't like was the seating arrangement. It was little bit tight.
This was my first time visiting the Champions location and it was a big disappointment. We were there celebrating Mother’s Day dinner. Our waiter took about 15 minutes before approaching our table to greet and take drinks. We had a food brought out and everything tasted great! However, we received our sides by the time we are just about done eating which made no sense. Apparently our waiter never came back to check if food tasted good or if our order was right until we were halfway done. When I complained to speak to the manager they apparently stated that the manager was the one waiting on my table. What a huge disappointment! We were than assigned another waiter who apologized for the terrible service. He actually made up for the rest of the night and we left him a big tip. I’m sorry to say I probably will never be returning to this location.
These guys were great! We had a family dinner of 8 of us to celebrate my dad's 93rd birthday. They offered to put us in a private dining room and turn the music down, so my dad could hear everything. The waiter was superb! Just superb!! He started taking drink orders while we were still up and welcoming each other. He was very thorough when he described the menu and how to order. The food was magnificent! We had a little hiccup with one of the steaks, and our waiter took care of it so fast, it was unbelievable. I highly recommend this restaurant. And wish I could tell you our waiter's name, because he was terrific! But I'm sure they are all fantastic. Get the churrascos argentina steak. You will not be disappointed!!!
Birthday Celebration and we were given a presentation of a flaming Tres Leche. It was an Awesome experience.
Very disappointing again (last 2 visits) have not been good - service. Short staffed. Waiter was slow and the food was lukewarm. In the middle of taking our order, he asked us to pause for a quick moment. He ran over to the hostess stand to seat a group of 4 that walked in. Again- short staffed. What made it worse is that after he seated them, he then proceeded to bring them napkins and take their drink orders. We were sitting there stunned that he stopped taking our order to do all of that.
Food was excellent. They took the baha chicken off menu but made it for me. The birthday tres leches cake was wonderful.
We had the buffet, a little disappointment. Probably just order from the regular menu.
The steaks are just tasty.... Some of the tastiest around! However, some items were not as good as they used to be here. The plantain chips were not fresh, the food was not super hot...it just seemed to have slipped a little bit, but, oh, those steaks are tasty!!
The hostesses were rude as soon as we walked in. I smiled at one and she looked at me like she stepped in something. The other got my name wrong and then they both laughed about it. Our waiter was attentive but we felt rushed when we were trying to order. It’s also awkward to be trying to enjoy your meal while most of the staff is standing 2 feet from your table socializing! The food was good but we’ll never eat at that location again!
Always a pleasurable experience. The brunch is truly an excellent value as well.
Let start off by saying our waitress was exceptionally nice! As far as everything else goes... the restaurant itself was completely empty @ 7:15pm on a Friday night. Open tables everywhere. No need for a reservation. The portions are very small. We had 3 ppl, no alcoholic beverages & our total was $95! It’s way too overpriced. And obviously not popular seeing how empty it was. I would not go back or refer to anyone. Bummer
Great food and service.
Excellent breakfast buffet with a ton of menu options.
Food quality not even close to the prices we paid. Bland food and even worse presentation. $42 for a poorly cooked and nearly flavorless 8oz steak is absolutely baffling. If you’re looking for a good steak go to a steakhouse or make it at home if you know how. Honestly can’t see how this restaurant chain stays in business. Stay away from this place!
The food was good, but the ambiance was seemingly off. Considering it was a Saturday night, I expected it to be crowded, but it wasn't. Wine selection is slightly off for the price though. I'll probably go back
Great service. Ambiance not matching the price of the meal. Food and wine very good.
It was our anniversary and I indicated that in our reservation. Waiter was very slow and didn’t check on us unless I stopped him , food was good but not great - was lukewarm. No mention of our anniversary or that we were celebrating a special occasion!
Bar was short staffed however our waiter was Johnny on the spot making our drinks. The habanero rita was very tasty.
My steak was ok, Wifes Salmon was unbelievable and the deserts are amazing.
We are definitely returning
We were there for our anniversary. At first they sat us next to the kitchen. We asked to move at first they told us no that all tables were reserved, they moved us to the lounge which was fine. As we left the same tables that were open were unoccupied when we left. Overall good experience.
The food was great! The service not so much. Took along time to get order and our waiter hardly checked on us. Hoping for better service if we go back.
We loved the food and drinks- as always. We were disappointed that the table next to us was served & dined on their appetizer & food before we were served our appetizer. Drinks took a long time. I understand it was Valentines day, but the 2 tables closest to us (1 same waiter, 1 different waiter) were getting dessert while we were finishing our apps & WE SAT DOWN BEFORE BOTH OF THEM
My wife and I were very happy with the customer service and the quality of food. We have no problem to recommend this restaurant for special celebration.
Very poor service... we went for valentines and you could tell they are not used to busy nights... had a pre-fixed menu yet all plates had the same type of sauce... the food was cold... the drinks took forever even though they had the bar closed. Felt like a rip-off... i
Valentine’s Day Food as always awesome 2 nd year to do Valentine’s day with Churrascos
This was our first time here. This was our Valentine's dinner and the food was sooooo good. My hubby had steak and enchilada plate. I was taken back to when I was a kid in Mexico when I tasted the enchilada. Haha. It was that authentic in the flavors. We will definitely will be coming back soon!
Pretty dead even for a Monday - food was fantastic - waiter hovered a bit too much - we’ll come back because the food is so good!
Celebrating Valentine’s Day early. Dinner was good day schoolß
Veggies and bernaise we room temperature.
Signature steaks were average.
Not a good value. Not coming back
It was freezing
We live nearby and we visit a few times a year. This restaurant is on a steady decline. On our most recent visit, there was not enough waitstaff and the restaurant was very cold.
On another visit, the waiter appeared with a complementary appetizer that was put on our bill. Sneaky.
When this location initially opened, the service was superb. Somehow it has gotten lost along the way.
Great food, great atmosphere!
Food was off temperature, no flavor at all. We stopped by for Sunday brunch, but we won’t be back. We paid over $80 for 2 adults, which is unacceptable.
We went out for a family dinner this weekend after experiencing an awesome Thanksgiving buffet at Churrascos. This was our 2nd time to eat dinner here. It was very busy and our poor waiter was scurrying about trying to cover all the tables assigned to him. We had mixed reviews about our orders.
PROS: The grilled rainbow trout was delicious! The Ensalada Churrascos was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The banana chips were awesome!
CONS: The Lomo Saltado was too salty, the Chupe de Langosta was good but too watery, and the Amazon Burger was overcooked for a "medium" request.
Absolutely love the Sunday Brunch!!
We arrived on New Years Eve. The prices had been adjusted for the event. $$$$
Took my family to brunch and it was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive.
Churrasco steaks are always incredible. Not to mention excellent service, wine and dessert - a great evening with friends at an excellent restaurant !
