Churchill's es realmente uno de los grandes asadores del país. Es uno de los pocos asadores que sirven exclusivamente carne 100% de calidad USDA Prime, de ganado del medio oeste de EE.UU. alimentado con maíz. Los lomos se maduran en seco y son cortados a mano en el restaurante por su propio Maestro Cortador de Carne, para asegurar la mejor calidad. Los bisteces se cocinan en una parrilla hecha a medida, con calor en la parte superior, a temperaturas entre 1800 y 2200 grados, conservando los sabrosos jugos. El impresionante menú de Churchill's incluye chuletas de corderos domésticos de calidad USDA Prime, chuletas de cerdo raza Duroc, pescado fresco, moluscos y otros mariscos de temporada, como patas frescas de cangrejo moro de Florida y salmón real del río Copper. This is a premiere, magnificent Spokane restaurant and my “go to” place in Spokane. The steak is perfect, get the au gratin potatoes for an extra special level of decadence. The service, staff, and entire dining experience is at par with the finest of restaurants.

We had a really great experience. We had a group of 8 and I came across this steakhouse on open table and they could accommodate our group. We were a little surprised with the prices because open table had it as $31-$50 per meal, which that wasn’t right, but the steaks were great and everything was excellent. Some sides were included which was different than most steakhouses. Everyone was very happy with everything here.

One of the better upper end steakhouses you will find. Wonderful varied menu and a pleasant ambiance. The downstairs piano bar is a favorite.

Absolutely love the ambiance! Very comfortable and cozy like traveling back to the end of the Industrial Revolution. Wait staff was very kind, courteous, informative, and initially, very attentive. Paired my wife's wine perfectly with her desire and her meal. However, toward the end of our meal, our waitress seemed to completely forget about us. But the Maître d', who I was very impressed with, saw that and took care of our plates himself. Our waitress was back in no time. The Burrata and Roasted Beet Salad were excellent. The house-made dinner rolls were the best I have ever had. The steaks were perfectly cooked. My wife loved hers. I thought my bone-in tenderloin had too much seasoning and char to be added to my "favorite steak place" list. I scraped off what I could. And we were extremely impressed with the dessert: The Chocolate Sack. Not an appealing name, but DON'T let that put you off. My gosh was it good; and neat to look at; and fun to deconstruct. Churchill's has been on my bucket list for some time, and we were finally able to check that off! But since it was a steakhouse, and we went for the steak, we give it 4 stars instead of 5.

This was the finest dinner experience I've had in years! We were greeted by our server, Dani and I knew immediately that her vibe was going to meet ours. The cocktails were perfect. Dani offered input and assurance on the appetizers (my first carpaccio experience) and brought out the steak presentation tray. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and every bit prime grade as advertised. The sides were delicious (king crab add on and scalloped potatoes) and the Duckhorn cabernet was a perfect pairing. My only complaint is that I did not save room for bread pudding and I failed to get it to go. I look forward to my next visit and will definitely be requesting Dani as our server

Our experience was, as usual, excellent. Our server, Cami was friendly and professional. Her timing was spot on. The food was the highlight of the evening as it was absolutely outstanding. I have no complaints whatsoever about Churchills. It is our go to For celebrations and special occasions. Because we were so early the ambience was superb. It was quiet and it felt as if we owned the place.

A wonderful dining experience. Our server Sean was excellent. Knowledgeable, attentive and engaging. Food was high quality, prepared perfectly and served timely. I have a well traveled friend tell me Churchill is a top steak house in the country. I overhead another table complimenting the General Manager that Churchills is on par with The French Laundry in terms of service, food and ambience. After my dining experience I 100% agree. Thank you for reminding me how dining should be.

The restaurant was hot and muggy which makes eating dinner with people and sitting still drinking beverages very difficult. They should've had the AC on all day and prepping for whatever weather. The prices are very inflated. I had the brazed beef tips with mushroom risotto and you can tell the risotto had been plated and sitting under a heat lamp. It had great flavor but definitely not worth the price!

We drove 5 hours to have our son and his wife experience the best steaks ever! The food was perfect the service impeccable and the atmosphere was just amazing. We started with the oysters which were perfectly fresh and briny. The steaks were perfectly done at medium rare throughout the meat. The seasoning was so on point that I wasn’t even looking for salt. Outstanding evening!
