ChuMinh Tofu of Seattle is not a fancy restaurant—it is grandmother’s kitchen. Chef Tanya of Vietnam invites you to experience vegan food made with heart, and a feeling of family to be shared by our customers and employees alike. All are welcomed and all are loved. We serve delicious and healthy pho and spicy noodle soups, banh mi and a variety of other sandwiches, rice combos, bubble tea, and many other delicious drinks. Our specialty is our bountiful vegan buffet. When you are hungry—just relax, enjoy, and eat.

                                                                                                                                                                                        It's vegan and delicious and SO SO cheap, and the people are work there are incredibly nice. They have an all-vegan buffet, but also a variety of $5 banh mis that are a good portion and delicious.

My dining partner is Vegan so this was good for him. I’m not Vegan so the food was only okay. Service was almost nonexistent-I had to get my own silverware, etc.

The ambiance isn't great, but the food is good and the people running the place are very warm. The best item on the menu are their sandwiches.
