The food was amazing. Always is a treat to dine here at Chucks. Fantastic server and overall memorable experience. Can’t wait to be able to dine in again when restrictions ease!

Our dinner was fantastic. Best steak I’ve had in a long time as was the Creme Brûlée for dessert. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for sure. Can’t beat the views either!

Over all the food was amazing! And the Service was completely TOP notch!
We were a bit disappointed with the escargots...not very tasty for how they were served, I would have preferred the "traditional" method in garlic butter, they were very dry.

Side dishes were changed and I don’t feel like for the better. Bring back the carrots and mashed potatoes.

Can’t say enough about this place. First of all, our server Kaycee, was delightful. Very efficient, kind and a great conversationalist. She clearly loves working there and love people. The food, well, it speaks for itself. Excellent steaks, sides and salads. I had the Benchmark Ribeye and it was cooked as ordered and was very flavourful and tender. In fact we enjoyed Friday night so much that we went back Saturday. The beef ribs are melt in your mouth and the seafood salad was light and fresh. Again no disappointments. Definitely a must visit spot when in the Canmore/ Banff area.

This is my first time at chuck steakhouse I went for my four year anniversary our waiter was absolutely phenomenal and we just had an amazing night.

We will be coming back in the future! The food was amazing. Everything was fantastic. The steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted better than anything I have had in the past.

We had a great night and our waiter was a lot of fun! Food was great, recommendations were great. Second time here and we will be back again next time in Banff!!

The service was adequate. The ambiance was fine. The food??? Incredible. Best meat I’ve ever eaten. So flavourful and tender. The corn brûlée is a revelation. We shared the taste of Alberta and a wedge salad between two of us and it was more than enough. The service could have been a 1 star and I would still give 5 overall because the food was that good. I look forward to going back.

We had been to Chucks back in June and so decided to eat there again. This time we ordered the Beef Tartar which was amazing! We also shared a 12 oz Strip-loin as well as mushrooms, the Scalloped potatoes and Cream Corn Creme Brulee. All was amazing! As much as we want to try new restaurants next time we come to Banff, Chucks is definitely a fave!

One thing, if there was a down side, is to get into Chucks, you have to climb a pretty tall stair case. They do not have an elevator. I myself wear oxygen 24/7 so the climb really winds me. It is not mobility friendly.

Food and service was great!

Always a great time at Chuck's but Covid kills some of the vibe everywhere nowadays. Looking forward to the day when masks and partitions aren't contributing to the ambience anymore! We'll be back for sure!

I have been there twice in the past year the first time was more enjoyable better seating as well as a service was top notch the second time was quite delightful but I requested a window seat as it was my girlfriends birthday and we were celebrating a night out after being quarantined for many many months But if you were looking for a great steak at a great expensive price Chuck’s is the place to be I definitely will go back Lynn

We love the flavors the taste and great server we had once again. Best stake place in banff, with an awesome menu, and knowledgeable staff. Upscale feels with the best view of the mountains in a cozy romantic chill atmosphere. Always feel welcome when we've gone, being our 2nd time!

Very nice steak restaurant if that's what you are in mood for. Definitely the specialty at Chuck's. We ordered the Alberta Platter and added a couple of side dishes. There was plenty of food for just the two of us. Next time, we would probably order the 16oz striploin, with a couple sides and share. The striploin was the most flavourful of the 3 meats offered. Drinks were good but a little pricey. Expect to spend a little more for dinner. Food was very good. Everything cooked just as you would expect. Overall a good night.

The food here was amazing. Unique combinations full of fresh flavour. I would recommend the corn crepe brûlée and creamed Kale to everyone. The steak was done to perfection and juicy. Most surprising was the fact that the service was even better than the food. Friendly but not invasive and aware enough to help without driving you it’s ie. my son spilled his water our server appeared out of nowhere wiped it up for us check how our food was and left without us having to ask for help or be bothered by an interruption. Go here!

The food is outstanding and service is excellent! Every time I visit Banff Chuck’s is always on my dining list.
