    Steaks did not meet expectations and the superior ratings given. Ordered medium rare and steak was over done. When feedback was given to service staff, not only she did not acknowledge the feedback, the service staff did not try to make any service recovery.

    We had high expectations but unfortunately were quite disappointed. We ordered medium steak, but it came out overcooked and dry, with very little flavor. The texture was tough and chewy, not what you'd expect from a steakhouse at this price point. The total bill came to around $350, which felt very unreasonable for the quality of food we received. For that price, we expected much better in both taste and execution. Definitely not the experience we hoped for, and we won’t be returning.

    The steaks were excellent and there a nice view of the mountains. It did take quite a while for our food to arrive but we had wine and the lovely view while we waited. I would highly recommend Chuck’s!

    Candice was our server and she helped us pick out the perfect steak for us all to enjoy. A great meal was had - the rooftop patio was glorious.

    The food was very good . It is unfortunate the waitress tried to continue to run up the bill. She lied about how many people a serving of the sides could feed, resulting us in ordering more than needed to increase the tab to increase her tip. Also for a more upscale restaurant you would expect them to replace your utensils between your starter and main course, which they instead placed your used utensils back on the table. Our main entrees took over an hour to arrive from the time we finished our starters. The food was very good, but for the price you would except better service.

    Excellent food and great service. The only disappointing point was the check in process. We stood in a queue of people all trying to book a table when we already had a reservation. As such, I would have expected to have been taken to our table more quickly than having to stand around.
