   Showed up after making a reservation with open table just to be told they aren’t taking online reservations only through the phone. I made this reservation a while ago someone could have called me to tell me this before me and my guests arrived. We were told it would take 1.5 hours for a table and we weren’t offered anything not even a “sorry for the mix up”.

   Made online reservation, called in day of to ensure it was good. Received confirmation and then showed up at my booked time and was told they are not taking online reservations. Not able to accommodate us as they weren’t limiting the time of current guests as well as allowing people to wait inside for a table when they already had 10 seated which disregards community covid rules.

   Staff were amazing in these trying times. Financial situation. Hope this pandemic gets under control so business owners can keep open. Great service

   for the price and going after 9pm it was a great night and didn't make you break your pocket as well.

   Made reservations online only to be told on arrival at the restaurant "we don't do reservations" The hostess argued with me that I couldn't have made reservations despite my email confirmation. Ordered steak rare, came medium (tough and over cooked) Fries were cold. Corn was dehydrated and cold. Checked on once throughout the whole meal (at the very beginning when I hadn't even had a chance to try the food yet) Waitress not overly friendly and clearly not engaged with us. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

   the waitress was very cheerful and checked on us often refiled my water with out needing to be asked and when she handed us the bill she asked if we needed the machine and if we were ready to pay or if we needed a minuet before she cashed us out?

   From the minute we walked in, with a hostess that did not even have a smile, to seating us at a dirty table, and did not give us menus. To our waitress/bartender (area we were sitting) that did not seem to care if we were even there (while we went out to to support local businesses during the pandemic), not to mention her unhygienic length of nails. Took our orders, forgot our drinks, meanwhile was socializing with other staff. Came to ask us how are food was as it was delivered by a different waitress, and didn't even have a moment to taste it yet, she never came back during the meal to check how it was or our drink levels. As soon as she noticed our plates empty, came rushing over, asked if we were ready for our bill and cashed us out as soon as possible. During our dinner, there were 3 or 4 waitresses gathered at a one table in the middle of the restaurant socializing loudly and polishing cutlery; the manager came out of the back at some point, looked around a little, than stood leaned on a post and just starred. The food was ok, but not the best quality. I would not return, I would not recommend, I would actually go beyond and advise people against going completely. A major change needs to be made with staff and management levels.
