All four meals were only OK this visit. We’ve always raved about this establishment but not do much this time. Every meal was overdone or dry.

Upon entering the place, top notch service. Greeter wonderful. Server wonderful. Kitchen staff others friendly. Food impeccable we will be back.!

The food was excellent. We have been there 3 times and the food has always been great. Unfortunately the service was not very good. It took about 40 minutes for the waitress to even ask us if we wanted to order food. It was busy but other tables ordered and got food much quicker - I just think our waitress was not properly trained or not cut out for the job. The place is very loud - hard to hear people at your table talk.

The Chowder House gave an amazing first impression!The service is outstanding! The mixed drinks are generous pours! The mussels were wonderful! We will return often!

We always have a great meal at Chowder House. I don't eat seafood,but my spouse does. We are always able to find something.
