Great Food and ambiance. Portions were adequate with being overwhelming and beautifully presented. Service excellent. Wine is a little pricey at $16 a glass but expected at upscale restaurant and decent pour for money. Would recommend and will return

Chow Morso is a great place for elevated Italian. The short rib was incredible! Our server was very educated and did a great job helping us pick dishes. Overall, good experience.

The service was professional and friendly. Great menu suggestions. The food was tasty and well presented. I found the portion size to be lacking I left with a very happy palette but still hungry for $20 a piece for lunch perhaps a slight increase in portion size might be in order. They also might consider offering bread with your lunch

Well designed, though generic interior. Attentive service. Ample, tasty portions. The calamari was excellent - just about best in town. The fig and mushroom salad was not a success. Pasta dishes were well prepared, and the pane cotta was a wonderful dessert. The wine list is extensive, and fairly priced. I do wish that there had been valet to park the car. Finding parking downtown is now impossible.

The staff, including management, were attentive, but not overly. Food was absolutely delish. Our server, Era (not correct spelling) was cool, hip, and fun. I love when a server enjoys their work and contributes to the experience. We are def going back.

Always a wonderful experience here. We had a group from out of town and was pretty late to our reservation and finished dinner well after their closing time. They were very accommodating and gracious. Thank you for a great time!

Our server, with handlebar mustache & beard, made the experience great! The ‘feel & design’ of the restaurant was modern yet welcoming. I would say the food was average-nothing really ‘wowed’ me, so for the price I’d hesitate to go back.

Excellent meal! Some oddities, but overwhelmed by the good things. Rucala salad and caponata just OK, arancini very good, spaghetti puttanesca absolutely fantastic, osso buco excellent and fish also very good. Waitress seemed surprised that one would want a dinner with appetizer, primo and secondo (she kept taking the menu's away while we tried to order the full meal). Nice atomsphere/decor, not too noisy to have a conversation.

We got there early and sat at the bar for a bit having drinks and appetizers. The staff there was absolutely fantastic. At dinner, the food came a bit too quickly. Two of us had ordered a salad and they brought the other two people’s entrees before we finished with the salad. Then before all of us had finished with our entrees, they brought us dessert menus. It was all too rushed and we weren’t even an early seating. While the food was awesome and the staff was polite and pleasant, the rush put a slight damper on the whole experience.

It was one of the first beautiful Colorado evenings, so we sat outside and it was lovely. Service was great. We shared the calamari which was very tender and nicely breaded with a nicely spiced aioli. The arugula, figs, mushrooms, cheese and dressing complemented each other in the salad. The mushroom gnocchi was fantastic. We added shrimp which were perfectly grilled. Wine choices were seconded by the server and were delicious. We will be back.

Interesting and authentic Italian dishes as well as a nice range of wines by the glass including a very nice barolo. Served in a rustic setting. The carbonara and risotto were excellent. Wait staff were friendly, courteous, professional and attentive but not overbearing. It was a slow time in restaurant when we dined so it was quiet, given the exposed brick walls noise levels may higher when the room is full.
