We’re casual, yet somewhere between the theme restaurant and white tablecloth restaurant. As you walk through the door, the sweet aromas and imperceptible hum that comes from methodical chopping fill the air. Crates of fresh herbs, produce, fish, meats, imported pastas and cheeses, and extra virgin olive oil are delivered and immediately used in the day’s pastas, soups and daily specials. Just like the original kitchen from which these recipes descent, Chovy’s! food is prepared with that day’s meal in mind.

We went for my husbands birthday party there were 11 of us and everyone enjoyed there meals and were very happy with the service!

there is a group of 8 of us that llike to meet for dinner a few times a year. Chovy's is mid way for all of us. we always have good food and can stay and visit around the table after we are finished. No one rushing us out the door. We will be back.

We did not get served or asked for a drink order etc, after 20 minutes. It was not crowded. I do not think that this is reflective of a regular experience, but this was ours.

We dine at Chovy’s when we are in town! Consistent experience. Enjoy the wedding soup and stuffed banana peppers especially. Service is usually good and my family are regulars and known by the staff.

Chovy’s is one of my favorite restaurants in town, never disappointed when I eat here. They were very busy on Valentine’s Day but service was still excellent and the food was still high quality.
