   We chose to sit outside as it was a nice evening. Unfortunately the motorcycle and hot car parades made it less pleasant. Had the escargot for an appetizer. They covered the whole dish I breadcrumbs that were not crunchy and became soggy, totally ruining the dish. I had coq au vin for my main course. The chicken pieces were small and not very meaty. My wife had the trout. She said the sauce overpowered the taste of the trout and they had put croutons on top, which did understand their purpose. Drinks and wine were good and crème brûlée was solid standard. Service was great even though they were quite busy.

   Our server Thomas was very good and gave us great wine pairing recommendations. We had the oysters and also olives for starters and then lobster pasta, rainbow trout, and bouillabaisse for entrees. All were excellent. For desert we had a strawberry sorbet with fresh strawberries and a chocolate mousse. Both were excellent. Portion sizes were great. Will definitely make this a regular dinner option.

   This is a gem of a restaurant! We read the reviews and wanted to try it for ourselves. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing - my salmon was cooked perfectly and my husband loved his dish. And the desserts - sooooo yum!!!! And a big shout out to our server Emily. She was enthusiastic, with a thorough understanding of the various menu items. The entire staff was attentive. They have done an outstanding job of creating a true parisian atmosphere.

   Our birthday lunch was exquisite! We chose to sit on the very spacious patio for a birthday celebration that was top notch. The service here is what really sets this place apart from other Columbus restaurants. The manager was helpful and made sure to keep our champagne (that we ordered BY THE GLASS!) chilled since we chose to sit outdoors which I thought was a really lovely gesture and extremely professional. Our server was excellent as well. The endive salad and Chouette on the fly sandwich were perfectly prepared. Can't wait to return!

   We have visited France several times and enjoyed the warm feel of their restaurants. Chouette reminded us of our trips and dining experienced. Love their food and presentations. Our drinks and wines were also very good.

   We dined here for dinner on Mother's Day. It was by far the worst dining experience I have had in Columbus in years. I have been a server and worked many a Mother's Day so I am sympathetic to how that day can go but I was stunned by how bad the experience was. We had a diabetic at the table and was told the restaurant does not carry anything but sugar cubes. I don't understand why a restaurant group would put a server in this position. How hard is it to carry a low calorie sweetener to offer instead of sugar cubes. We had been seated for more than 15 minutes without receiving any service. I had to go to the Hostess to tell them we hadn't been greeted by a server. It then took more than 20 minutes before the soft drinks not even bar drinks made to the table. The experience just continued down hill from there. Food took forever wasn't even hot when it hit the table. A manager never touch hands to our table. When the bill finally came it had numerous fees included which were not listed anywhere on the menu. I don't mind the extra fees but it should be clearly printed on the menu so people are aware they are coming. I was not going to write this review but when I told many of my server friends about the experience they said I had to write this. Not sure I will be giving this restaurant a second chance anytime soon.

    The restaurant experience was what we were hoping for! We have been to Paris and my wife went to college there for a year. Chouette did not disapoint. She had the traditional bouillabaisse and it was spot on. I had the vegan cauliflower steak and it was extremely satisfying with great flavor and tastes. The deserts were wonderful, we shared the creme brulee the chocolat mouse...I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking a french style restaurant in Columbus.
