Food is always fabulous…what sets this place apart is service and there’s no better than Taylor. We ask for him every time. He’s always spot on and provides a flawless experience. He sets the perfect pace, checks on his tables with impeccable timing and makes the evening absolutely perfect.

tommy the waiter was great! Hilarious and was very helpful. The steak was delicious and so was the Brussel sprouts. Wish i could've gotten the Belle Glos by the glass instead of the bottle but still good. The only big let down was the truffle fries... no aioli and the fries itself weren't was i was expecting..

We sat at the bar, the cocktails were perfect and the bartender excellent. My filet was impeccably cooked and the Parmesan risotto was excellent. The salad ingredients were fresh, and the blue cheese dressing delightful. The service was exceptional. It was a perfect dinner out.

The 4 steaks were perfect and tender. We had several servers but the one consistent server was Michael. He constantly refilled our water and checking on us while hustling to other tables to check on them or clean them off . He also boxed our left overs. He was pleasant and always smiling

Once again Chophouse 13 delivers an immaculate dining experience! From the time my wife and I entered the restaurant until we left, the staff took great care of use. The food was not only perfectly cooked and seasoned, but it was quick to our table. Our drinks were never dry, and our server made great suggestions to us. If you are looking to put the icing on a special evening or celebration, come here and enjoy the experience!

My BFF and I were going to a concert that evening at the Florida theater. We decided to dress up and go out for a very nice dinner. We made reservations. The day of the concert and our reservations we realized the reservations had been made to the Chophouse 13, and not Cowford Chophouse. We were disappointed in our unknowing error. We arrived at 5:15 PM, and were immediately greeted at the door by to a very personal host. We were seated. Shortly there after our waiter for the evening, Richard D., introduced himself. From his wonderful introduction, Richard took Great care in helping us enjoy our evening… his wonderful descriptions, to being attentive, our evening was perfect! We were thrilled our error, sent us to the Chophouse 13!! We enjoyed an appetizer of the delicious Crab Cake, and the Fillet was deliciously tender; and Our side of truffle fries were enjoyed also. We can not think of anything Inside that would have made our experience better! I would like to offer one Outside Recommendation: please take a close look at your walkway, flowers, shrubs…. Unfortunately it wasn’t the reflection the Chophouse 13 deserves for ALL THE HARD WORK which goes on on the inside. I realize you are located in a public area, but your corner should be better reflected. Thank You.

Terrible service, wait time for the food they forgot to cook was insane, when the food finally showed up it was wrong, got the completely wrong steak. To top it off my stomach was JACKED up. Almost didn’t make it home. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Will not return.

The appetizer was excellent, but then we ordered, tomahawk ribeye and scallops, risotto, Au gratin potatoes and Brussels sprouts, the wait was fairly long, but we didn’t mind, when the food came out , it was barely lukewarm, the steak was good , but far from sizzling, the Brussels sprouts had so much salt on them, we couldn’t keep them in our mouth, the waitress offered to get us another order with no salt, we said yes. When they came out they were piping hot, showing us that the rest of our food did not come out when it was ready. Overall, very disappointed

The menu has changed. They no longer serve spinach salad or creamed spinach, our favorites. Lamb chops are much smaller portion. I ordered a NY Strip and was delivered what looked to be a sirloin cut. The waitress tried to convince me that it was a NY Strip.I sat there and watched my guests eat dinner while I waited for my strip. Which eventually arrived overcooked. This had been our favorite restaurant, but a change is in order. Embarrassed in front of our guests. Food was just okay. I don't mind spending serious money for an excellent dinner. This wasn't it. We were disappointed. What happened? Who screwed this place up??

Loud group in open side room sounded to be men who’d been drinking. No table cloths which was disappointing. Our server was okay but this restaurant shouldn’t be okay. About the same cost as other restaurants with superior ambience and arguably better food accompanied by superior service. Grew up in Jacksonville and was hoping to find more of the Tree Steak House.
