   So amazing! We were visiting from out of state and will make this our go to place now each time we come! Food was amazing, service was great, atmosphere was great! Owner was working hard walking around to all tables greeting everyone. It is a must try, and must continue to go!

   Group of six for dinner tonight. Beautiful entrance and exposed brick walls. High quality dinner ware, glass ware and flatware. Steaks. Sea bass and all sides were very good. Service was as well. Only two weeks old so assume things will only get better as well! Owner seems keen to take it to next level.

   My wife and I visited Chops for the first time and were not disappointed. The Owner served our cocktails and introduced himself as the temporary bartender since his two bartenders had called in sick. He handled the situation very well as was very welcoming. Both service and food was excellent. We look forward to a return visit.

   Still very new and still working out a few kinks, but overall, an excellent debut. Beautiful space and atmosphere, personable hostesses, and a wait staff that is excellent for a smaller city. Food is very good, and a very nice wine list. Brick walls and wooden floors contribute to a noise level that is louder than it should be, but overall, a very nice experience. It is certainly a step up for Rome's dining options, so maybe a dress code would be nice, like no shorts and tee shirts. Those diners need to go back to Texas Roadhouse.

   The steak and salmon we order were perfectly cooked and the martini from the bar was spot on . Great dining experience!

   Everything about our experience was 10/10! We started with the pork belly and lobster corndog - highly recommend! For entrees we ordered the filet - cooked MR and it was absolute perfection; I cut mine with my table knife. The sear on the outside formed a light crust with a tender center. For sides we ordered the whipped potatoes and broccoli- also stellar. We couldn’t resist trying dessert so we ordered the chocolate cake, which was light and delicious, not a super heavy sugary cake. We also tried the Dulce De Leche pot crème. Both were out of this world! The cocktail menu offers unique and tasty options as well. I ordered a lemon drop martini which was the best I’ve ever had. Not sweet, not too tart. We also shared an espresso martini that must have been sent down from heaven because it was amazing! The service was also everything you’d expect from a chophouse. Michelle was our server and she was very attentive and informative. We will definitely be back. We truly enjoyed every single part of our dining experience and are so glad we have something like this in Rome!

   We were so happy a high end steak restaurant opened in Rome. The food was terrific and the ambiance just what we expected. Having only been opened for a few days, the staff did a wonderful job of serving and providing a great experience.

   The best steakhouse by far in Rome , GA. The food and service was amazing, and the attention to detail was incredible.

    We were at Chophouse on their opening night. The dining room is very elegantly furnished. The background music is soft and welcoming. The servers were attentive and eager to please. We had the prime rib, medium rare. It was perfectly cooked with a nice crust on the outside. The meat was tender. The creamed spinach was fluffy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes had a wonderful flavor. We shared the lobster roll appetizer. It had a big piece of lobster in it. The seafood sauce was moderately spicy and enhanced the lobser roll without overpowering it. For dessert, we had the Dulce la leche pot creme. It was rich and satisfying. All in all, it was a pleasantly memorable dining experience.
