Chophouse of Chapin is an upscale steakhouse located in Chapin Commons - featuring aged steaks, delicious desserts, a large selection of spirits & an in-house wine sommelier

An in-house Tallow aged steak - a Chef selected ribeye encased in rendered steak trimmings, then aged for 60 days and handcut to perfection. The Chophouse has a full bar with a wide variety of spirits hand selected by our award-winning bar staff. And an on-premise Wine Sommelier that will help pair your menu selection with the best wine from our extensive menu to please your palate.

Our server was very professional AND friendly, his personality fit very well with the restaurant. Our water glasses were never empty and the young man that kept them full was also very polite and friendly. The food, again, was delicious and perfectly prepared and presented. Thank you to all that worked to make our dining experience memorable.

The food was good, which is the most important thing. The ambiance was a little sterile. We went for a special date night and were a bit surprised by the lack of charm in the restaurant itself.

We went there for our Anniversary. My husband ordered the 14 oz Ribeye, $38.00, and I ordered the Pesto Pasta. The Pesto pasta was well done and the presentation was great. My husband's Ribeye, on the other hand, was very difficult to cut, tough, chewy and had a lot of gristle and wide veins of fat. Although, it was done to order, Medium Rare, it was not of the quality we expected from a steak house. We have been going to Chapin Chophouse since it opened and over that time, the food has been at times, excellent and at other times not very good. Just a shame since there are few food choices in Chapin. But, the cocktails were excellent.

We had been here once before, and hadn’t been impressed. I’m happy to say this time around we were very happy with the food, the quality of service and overall experience. We will definitely be back.

Diverse menu, each dish was perfectly prepared and nothing disappointed! Our waiter Johnny did a fantastic job with our large party of eight.

Our waitress Alexsa was amazing and super informative about the menu. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and the staff sign a card for us which was really sweet. I had the Hyde experience cocktail and it was amazing, my husband had the watermelon mule and we both thought it was really good. For apps we had the brisket deviled eggs which honestly was the most delicious for the whole night. We also had the Korean fried chicken which was also pretty good. We shared a butcher’s board which included a ribeye, filet and a ny strip, for the it was cooked to the perfect temperature but the flavor was lacking for me. I was kinda disappointed in the flavor but being that it was cooked so well it made a difference. We got the truffle fries and garlic mashed potatoes for sides my husband loved the fries, my mashed potatoes were alright, nothing over the top. We got the chocolate cake for dessert and it was rich and decadent. We really enjoyed it! Overall the I don’t think the price was worth it but I do think we paid for a good experience.

The food was prepared perfectly, taste was simply delicious. The wait staff were all very attentive, pleasant and professional. We’ll be back soon for another amazing dinner.
