Chophouse of Chapin is an upscale steakhouse located in Chapin Commons - featuring aged steaks, delicious desserts, a large selection of spirits & an in-house wine sommelier

An in-house Tallow aged steak - a Chef selected ribeye encased in rendered steak trimmings, then aged for 60 days and handcut to perfection. The Chophouse has a full bar with a wide variety of spirits hand selected by our award-winning bar staff. And an on-premise Wine Sommelier that will help pair your menu selection with the best wine from our extensive menu to please your palate.

Diverse menu, each dish was perfectly prepared and nothing disappointed! Our waiter Johnny did a fantastic job with our large party of eight.

Our waitress Alexsa was amazing and super informative about the menu. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and the staff sign a card for us which was really sweet. I had the Hyde experience cocktail and it was amazing, my husband had the watermelon mule and we both thought it was really good. For apps we had the brisket deviled eggs which honestly was the most delicious for the whole night. We also had the Korean fried chicken which was also pretty good. We shared a butcher’s board which included a ribeye, filet and a ny strip, for the it was cooked to the perfect temperature but the flavor was lacking for me. I was kinda disappointed in the flavor but being that it was cooked so well it made a difference. We got the truffle fries and garlic mashed potatoes for sides my husband loved the fries, my mashed potatoes were alright, nothing over the top. We got the chocolate cake for dessert and it was rich and decadent. We really enjoyed it! Overall the I don’t think the price was worth it but I do think we paid for a good experience.

The food was prepared perfectly, taste was simply delicious. The wait staff were all very attentive, pleasant and professional. We’ll be back soon for another amazing dinner.

The food was good, as always but service was slower compared to previous visits. The three appetizers were delicious. Cocktails took a long time to come out and arrived right before the food. Our reservations were early, so they were not too busy when we ordered. As a couple, we enjoy the weekday specials they offer. As a larger group going to celebrate a special occasion it didn't exceed my expectations this time.

Excellent food and drinks. The meat is very high quality. Pay attention to the doneness explanation they give. They follow it. I usually order medium rare but I ordered medium by their guide and it was awesome. Bacon mac and cheese was a great side. The cherry smash cocktail was tart and refreshing.

Nice atmosphere. Someplace for a special occasion. I had the Shrimo ceviche appetizer and the flavors were delicious though the shrimp themselves were very thin pieces. My husband had the Bloody Mary shrimp cocktail and it was spicy like you would want. But then it went downhill. I had the steak bites for my meal and the potatoes had too much rosemary, the onion straws were thick and soggy and the steak had no seasoning and was very blah. My husband had the pork chop and it wasn’t very good. A bit dry and only kind of flavorful. I wouldn’t go back. The prices are very high for food that is subpar in flavor
