Chop Stix- Atlantis Paradise Island
Excellent and prompt service, delicious food, great atmosphere for families or couples, portions small for the price but great overall and would definitely return.
My husband and I ate at Chop Stix while our kids were at the kids club (Club Rush). We were seated quickly. Took a few minutes to get our drinks but the wait was not that long. We ordered spareribs and chicken spring rolls for appetizers. Both were good. For our entrees we ordered Mangolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. All was very good. Toward the end of our dinner we started hearing some loud banging noise coming from the kitchen area. Turns out the staff all got on instruments, including several drums and marched around the room. It was fun to watch but extermely loud. It wasn't long, maybe 10 minutes. It was our quickest and cheapest meal of our trip.
New owners. New menu. Nothing on there to choose from. Lettuce wraps are gone. Only 4 entrées to choose from Boring
Don’t waste your money or time
Overpriced for what it is. Glorified take our Chinese food
Food was just okay. Service was good
Average Chinese food at ridiculous prices. Service is what you would expect when they add an automatic tip on to the Bill. There is no incentive to give good service. $24 for 4 small spare ribs is not only expensive, it’s highway robbery!
Food runners and water guys were great. Waitress didn’t smile once and had non personality.
Food very average. Calamari was over cooked with a heavy fry. Beef had to much sauce on it.
Service and food below par for “Atlantis Fine Dining”
Food was very mediocre to say the least. Waited for a long time. Not impressed at all.
Even though my order was incorrect it turned out amazing. Food was excellent.
Good service and good food. Overall a nice time.
Great restaurant to celebrate a birthday! It was a lot of fun!
Average at best
The food and service was amazing
Food much better than I expected. Very impressed. The ambiance felt very Asian cafeteria and did not reflect the high prices.
Drinks could be more modernized- less syrupy and more fresh.
Restaurant was extremely noisy exacerbated by staff coming in to the dining room banging loud drums ... not for a birthday celebration, just part of the "entertainment". This went on for at least 5 minutes, then happened again towards the end of our meal. Food quality was poor. Wait staff was OK when you could flag them down do pay attention to your table.
Excellent food, Good service!!
We trekked over to Atlantis from Baha Mar to visit and have dinner. The restaurant couldn’t find our reservation but since we had it on the app they honored it.
The food was okay. Not great by any means. The service was fine though some others seemed to ha e slow service. The place itself is old and outdated. It’s also packed and very very noisy. Think east bay Chinese during weekend dim sum. Prices were okay as everything in the island is brought in so they end up on the high side. This was no different.
Like much of Atlantis it’s a bit dated and we wouldn’t venture back to eat given the options available at Baha Mar.
Overall, ot was an ok experience. Food was ok, a little pricey but that's what you get at atlantis. Servers were not knowledgeable about chinese food. We asked if a dish comes with lo main noodles and they said yes, but it was not lo mein. This restaurant didn't have lo mein period. I'm not an expert in chinese food but I thought lo mein was a signature chinese dish.
This was our worst Chinese food experience in our lives. The restaurant is loud and has no ambiance. The food was processed and pushed out.
I was looking forward to finally trying this place out. The service was slow. The food was not good. Ordered the Mongolian beef and it had absolutely no seasoning to it. Would not go back.
The food was wonderful . Our server, Jornel, was attentive and friendly. He satisfied our every request. Cocktails were brought quickly and the food came just at the right time.
Large portions but very delicious
Tasty Asian food, Very friendly service, and trendy Decour. Strongly recommend for one of your meals while you are at Atlantis.
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a great dining experience. Our servers were vey attentive and answered all our questions. We were dining with another couple and had more than enough food to share.
We ordered several appetizers to start and the calamari was the best I've ever had hands down. The food kept coming in waves as it was prepared and our table was full! I always order Peking duck and this did not disappoint; the skin was extra crispy and the meat was very tender. We had several boxes of food to take back to our villa to enjoy the next day for lunch.
To end the night, the staff lines up and plays several instruments to sing happy birthday/anniversary to the guests which was a pleasant surprise. We actually wanted to get up and dance. They presented my husband and I with a decadent chocolate desert to share which was really good and capped off a great dining experience. Other than not liking our seating location, we would definitely return and highly recommend to other diners.
We made a reservation but when we got the restaurant they couldn’t find it despite me showing the confirmation email. The host then made us wait despite tons of tables being available. The ice water had a horrible taste so we were forced to buy two big bottles of water. Wouldn’t recommend
One of our favorite restaurants in Atlantis. Definitely worth going. We had a great dinner!
The Atlantis is expensive, but at least this is worth it. Great drinks, great service, food is yummy, and loved hearing the birthday or special occasion beat of the drums and singing. This was my fav dinner on our vacation and I booked it last min!
Journal took excellent care of us. He is a very nice and professional person. It made our dinner that much better!!
Good food. Something for everyone including children.
The food and service was delicious.
Especially the manager /hostess
The food at Chop Stix was very good my favorite thing on the menu was the veggie dumplings. The egg roll, shrimp and chow neon were also delicious. The prices are a little expensive but it’s the normal price range for restaurants at Atlantis
