Everything was exceptional!
Sat on lounge side. May be better on restaurant side. I did request restaurant side on my reservation but this was ok. You are paying for a better than Moxies type experience but on the lounge side, it is basically a Moxies. Almost should be a different menu or reduced rate.
Food was as expected for the price. Service was very slow.
Amy and her staff are amazing. The personal touch and warm feeling of this restaurant makes Chop a great business, date or social gathering location. The only issue is the location is in a parking lot of Costco, so one cannot fully escape, thinking they are in NYC or LA, although the staff and the decor really do make you feel you are not at your typical restaurant in Vaughan.

Our group of four was very happy with our waiter who was very attentive and nice throughout our dinner. The Steak Bites for appetizer is a MUST ... very delicious. All of us had a steak for our mains and they were all cooked perfectly and all steaks were tasty. The only drawback with our dinner experience was that the restaurant is VERY loud and it's difficult to have a conversation with others, otherwise we would've stayed for dessert and coffee!

Great restaurant for food or even just drinks! Service was impeccable from hostess to waitress to management. Everyone works together to make sure you have a great time. Food is delicious, even just a bunch of appetizers will hit the spot. 10/10

The menu that's available on Open Table didn't match what was available at this location which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons we chose Chop for this particular event. The food did turn out to be good otherwise. Tip for the restaurant - music playing on Saturday night was very odd (hard beats playing at 7pm over a steak dinner anyone?)

Our server was excellent. Food service people who deliver the food forgot half of our items. Food came out luke-warm. We ended up with most of what we ordered but not all. By the time the issue was mostly sorted out we couldn’t be bothered chasing down the missing side dishes. The food quality was excellent. It was a service issue not a food quality issue.

We had a wonderful time at Chop. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was attentive and ensured we had what we needed. He even brought us some champagne to celebrate my parents anniversary...very thoughtful and appreciated. A dessert was later brought to us for the occasion :) Can't say enough about the excellent service. The food was amazing as well. Everything was very tasty and well portioned (the baked potato is killer!!!). Will be back for sure!

Great food - both steaks and tuna - amazing drinks, great outdoor seating and great service. Perfect place for date night, friends, or business dinner. I’ll definitely go back! Menu has lots of options beyond their incredible steaks.

The food was tasty but unfortunately the service we received was very poor. Our server barely came to check on us and I suspect only came to our table when he noticed the discontent on our faces. He made an error with my order and told me that I did not order what I claimed and then proceeded to take out his notebook to prove what he had written. He then returned to the table to advise me that he would comp the dish as if he were doing me a favour. I never asked for free food, so please do not frame the situation as if you were doing me a favour and not to correct your error. Overall, the entire experience was really soured over the poor poor service, or lack thereof, we received. Please train your staff to actually attend to your clients before my crossed arms and displeased expression prompt him to provide mediocre service.
The food could be better l. But overall ambience and service is top notch
