    Sean the server was outstanding. Anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The food ws excellent as well. CHOP has become a regular and favorite restaurant visit for our family when we visit Toronto.

    We came from MTL. It was our first time and its was also my birthday and the manager come to welcome us and they also gave me a free dessert for my birthday. The food a d the service was good. If I have to complain about one thing it will be the mac and chesse. It was not cheesy enough for me.

    We enjoyed a very good meal at Chop Steakhouse. It was convenient to our airport hotel and better quality and overall value than expected for the area. Our server was friendly and attentive and we were welcomed with a complimentary tasty tuna tartare bite. Thank you to the Chop team!

    Overall the meals were good! The beet appetizer was missing the beets. Both orders no beets! Steaks are great cooked perfectly. Service was spot on!

    We went here in a Friday night. Bar side was super loud but dining side was quiet, casual private. The dining side service provided by Shawn was attentive, fast and friendly. Tuna Tataki is a must have. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. 5 stars across the board. Chop never disappoints.

    My husband and I have been to Chop twice before, but at the London location. We've always had an amazing experience and the food and atmosphere have always been exceptional. I thought all Chops would be the same, unfortunately this location was a big let down. The only nice part was the manager found out we had not been to this location before and personally came over to our table to greet us and gave us a complimentary appetizer. Our waiter was non existent, she took our order and we only saw her when our food was ready and when we were done eating. Our requests for water were ignored until the very end when we were ready to leave, despite asking our server at the beginning and asking another waiter who had walked by. My steak was hard and chewy and my potatoes were bland. My steak is always cooked the same way and I've never had an issue. It's usually tender and juicy when I order from Chop. My husband liked his chicken, which was good. We were seated beside a large group of people who were hosting a celebration and it got very loud. We decided to just sit at our table instead of asking to be moved because the server was no where to be seen to accommodate our request. Unfortunately we will never go back to this location. Food, service and ambience were very much lacking.

    Great food! Amazing service! The French onion soup was full of flavour and our steaks were prepared just the way we like them. Robin, our server was friendly and attentive!
