   Great experience. Service and food were wonderful. They also have a great menu and precautions for celiac/gluten free guests

   If you're looking for a restaurant that consistently delivers excellence, Chop is the place to be! This gem never disappoints, and every visit leaves me more impressed than the last. The food is nothing short of spectacular, and the service at Chop is equally outstanding. The amazing food, top-tier service, and lovely setting keep me coming back time and again.

   We visited for the first time last night, and while there were a few bumps — some food items were mixed up and one person in our group had a longer wait — the staff handled it incredibly well. MEAGAN took care of us, brought us dessert, and made sure we left happy. On top of that, the food was absolutely AMAZING. We’ll definitely be back!

   Upon arrival the hostesses projected a vibe that they didn’t want to be there and that they certainly could care less that I was there for dinner. All 4 were sad. Manager witnessed and came to my table after. Didn’t get any better. Food was just ok. There was a hockey team there with parents. Kids were running all over the restaurant. Not blaming the kids but parents and staff could have handled better. I eat a a Chop once a week across the country as I travel for work. This was bad.

   We were a family of 4 adults and one toddler, and the service was very good! All of our needs met, food was delicious. Good marking on menu for coeliacs (2 of us) and the server took extra care to check with chef if there were any doubts. Excellent Chilean Malbec!

    Made a reservation for 4 (two couples) 6 days ahead for Friday evening at 7. We were seated immediately beside the kitchen. EVERYTHING was coming and going for every table - the washrooms are also located through the doorway beside our table. It was HIGH TRAFFIC. While the decor was lovely, our server seemed abrupt & not quick with pleases & thank yous; manners. The menu read well & we were excited to get our meals. The steak was not cooked to desire: charred on outside & undercooked inside. Cuts were average at best. These dishes were not well prepared (for the price too) - and it was not a full restaurant. And due to the high traffic area, 2 servers collided and beer went all over our hung coats on the rack beside us and on my new shoes! I felt it. While we recognize it was an accident & the servers were quick to mop up, it certainly interrupted our nice evening. This full pint everywhere was not acknowledged & we now have a lot of dry cleaning. We did not even have a manager come by to address this. Shocked.
