   This is the fourth time going to this restaurant over the last several years and I always figure maybe it will be better and to be honest it never is. The steak is always cooked wrong, I like a .edium rare steak and it is never what I order, it is always dry and tough. The veggies were zucchini and beats and the zucchini was raw and the beats were never pealed so very tough and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant. The drink my husband ordered was the Mezcal and im not sure what it is supposed to taste like but it tasted like a bandage smells to say the least it was the worst cocktail we have ever tried. In saying all this we won't be back to this restaurant, we feel like we've given it a fair shot by going 4 times but we are always disappointed

   Food was delicious and staff were friendly. A complimentary birthday dessert was provided as well and we enjoyed our time. We have been there a few times now and have not been disappointed. Would recommend the steak bites, any steak entree and I liked my chicken dish.

   CHOP is consistently a good experience. From greet staff, wait staff & servers to the food & drink and the venue, it is our first choice for family celebrations or to meet friends for a night at the movies.

   Was a bit disappointed in the service level…. Unusual based on previous experiences. Slow to check on table and a member of our group asked for bread & that was never brought out …. Food was mediocre….i think next birthday celebration we will stay home. Weren’t impressed by the 18% tip suggestion on the bill …. Tips should be based on service level. Not sure if new waitress …. But the restaurant was not even half full. Not up to the standard we have come to expect from the chop ….

    Delish food! Very comfortable & we were able to have nice conversation with very little background noise. Manager checked in with us to check on our experience. Good value for the $$$ would recommend.
