Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for breakfast, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We had an anniversary supper. Our waitress was awesome from start to finish. She nailed everything never rushed us from one course to next time pretty good. Food was really good. My wife had sirloin and shrimp cooked perfect. I had the one in short rib which I used my fork it was that tender. Had a great evening! Thanks to our waitress!!

We spent our anniversary there and the service was superb. Food was great. Staff were all friendly and the chef greeted us as well. They also got us a card for our anniversary.

Once again, we love that when we bite into the first piece of Rib Eye the reaction is the same - oh my God that is good!! Another great night at our favorite spot. Thanks Cammie for taking care of us, and for patience with us when we could just not decide on what to order - everything is yummy here! See you guys again soon Geoff and Tammy.

I had a lovely dinner at Chop. In town for a conference and I just wanted a quiet meal alone. The server was lovely to me and all parts of my meal were delicious.

We normally love CHOP but first time having breakfast. Meal was great except the lobster eggs benny. There was practically “no” lobster. Seriously, about the equivalent of 2 little legs, there was no taste. My dad was extremely disappointed. Our server was excellent!
