CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We had an enjoyable and tasty dinner October 6th at CHOP Burlington/Oakville. Service was very good - attentive & there when needed but not intrusive. Nice ambience in the restaurant - it's a very "comfortable" place to go for dinner. Food was very good. We like our food hot from the grill or pan and we were not disappointed. The prime rib was a perfect medium rare with great flavour. My wife's seafood linguine was also a great choice. Seafood (crab, shrimp, mussels) was delicious with a great pasta and sauce. We appreciate that seafood is not inexpensive these days but thought it had been reduced in quantity to an acceptable minimum. Happy to pay a bit more and have a little more seafood in this dish. Starters (escargot & French onion soup) were great choices - we really enjoyed them! Thanks to the CHOP team for a good evening and for a very enjoyable meal.

What a great experience. Everything from appetizer to the roasted chicken main dish was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate both our birthdays. Chop restaurant in Oakville/ Burlington always makes things right. See you soon!!

We just went for an anniversary dinner, but these folks made our evening so special. The food was magnificent, and the effort they’ve put at making our experience a memorable one is something you don’t see very often. This place is a gem.

I cannot say enough good things about our server, Greg. He’s been my server twice in a row now and both times his service is exceptional. He’s witty and charming without being pushy or overbearing. Truly a magician! ;) The food was also very good!! Everyone really had a great time! Thank you Chop!
