   Chop Shop is like a secret I'd rather not tell you about, because I'm afraid I'd never get a table again. There's only like 10 tables and in kind of a hidden location; making it feel exclusive. Yes, its expensive. But in all my travels, no restaurant has combined all the the things I look for in a restaurant like they have. So many places chose minimal design lacking character. Here every thing feels earthy , warm and hip at the same time. Everything from the atmosphere to the drinks and menu are purposefully designed, unique, inviting and delicious.

   As usual, Chop Shop did not disappoint us! We had cocktails, a classic old fashioned and a tequila old fashioned. Both were very good with a fine balance of alcohol vs simple syrup. We shared a caesar salad as an appetizer that was ok. It needed more anchovy flavor from additional white anchovies and perhaps more zing to the dressing. As sides we shared the bone marrow mushrooms which were excellent as were the potatoes dauphinoise. Entrees were the 6 oz filet prepared to a perfect medium rare and a rare cowboy cut. Both were perfect. A creme brûlée and an espresso completed our meal. Service was attentive and friendly. All in all, another wonderful evening at Chop Shop!

   Food quality, presentation and flavor was 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and is the Best in Holland. Chef Alan really does an excellent job, thank you sir. Our crafted cocktails were spot on and the outstanding service from Julianna G. was absolute perfection thank you Julianna. We both enjoyed our perfect evening and will be back very, very soon!

   The food was very good, definitely get the bread service, wow was it good. All 4 of us very much enjoyed our meals, but the service pushed this to a “Must come back” situation for us all! Julianna was our server and not only was she delightful, she was excellent at her job. We were here for boat shopping this trip, the next time this coming summer we are in Holland again, we will return by boat. We will make sure we visit the Chop Shop again and ask to sit in Julianna’s section!

   This was our first time eating here. It is a hidden gem in Holland. I happened to search for steak places and found it. The filet I had melted in my mouth. Had it with layered potatoes made with cream and garlic sauce. They have an excellent wine and drink selection. Chocolate torte for desert. The steaks and sides are A la carte and it is worth splurging for a special occasion. Kira was our server and she was friendly, fun and gave us excellent service. I am glad to know there is a special place for great steaks in Holland.

   Came for an anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint. The steaks melted in the mouth. Started with lovely champagne and appetizers and ended with homemade cheesecake and carrot cake. Our server Kira was outstanding and engaging. Highly recommend.

   We had a terrific dinner and great service from Kira. Steaks all cooked perfectly and we loved the flavorful sides. It was our first visit and we'll be back.
