   Great food and service. We generally eat there once while we stay at the hotel.

   Great Service & Delicious food! Always a great experience at Chop, Block & Brew. Started with a Lemon Drop...always a great choice! We had the chopped salad followed by salmon w/garlic mashed potatoes & green beans almondine and crostini. It was all fabulous. Not to mention the wonderful, friendly host staff and the wait staff, always friendly & attentive. ~ Always a joy & great experience! We will definitely be back.

   Good service. The salmon was good. The manhattan was excellent. Seated back by the kitchen but that’s okay.

   Just moved to the area and wanted a wonderful date night! This place was it! Relaxing tone, great libations, and outstanding food! Service was attentative, yet not in our face. Kudos to Patti!! Already planning next trip there.

   The food quality is above and beyond prime rib. Excellent. Customer service excellent food comes out fast. People are friendly. You’re seated right away, especially if you have reservations. The ambience is facing a parking lot just FYI don’t expect to see some beautiful scenery. You’re going to see a parking lot out every window. If you’re snooty, they’re not gonna have white table cloths and black table cloths you’re going to get a nice fabric cloth napkin put the food in the people make up for it. The price is a little high. Other than that, you will walk away with a full belly and sleep very good and I can pretty much guarantee. You will have a smile on your face and the money will be worth it and you probably won’t look out the window too much at the parking lot.

   The service was very good. The food was very flavorful and well seasoned. All food came out lukewarm. Our server was very knowledgeable about everyone the menu.

   The food was HOT, most of the time it's cold, but today it was great. Good job to the chef and cooks.

    The food was great but the service was bad. The server appeared not to enjoy her job. She only checked on us once , at the end of our meal inspite of it being really slow. A young couple came in and she sat down to converse with them, it appeared she knew them.
