Chirori is an upscale restaurant that beautifully blends the art of pairing sake along with Robata Yaki which consists mainly of seafood along with other delectable foods.

In the current restaurant market the concept of pairing beverages with the cuisine is not common nor is it taken into consideration at many dining establishments. Guests typically select their beverage and food independently of each other. At Chirori we want our guests to experience the delightfulness of a mutually flavorful experience in both beverage and food.

Food and sake outstanding. Very unusual and tasty dishes. Extensive sake list. But service was awful even though we were only two of four patrons. They acted like they opened for the first day and no one knew what to do. Inattentive and unhelpful in discussing menu. Needs MUCH improvement on service.

I’m Japanese. This restaurant is really authentic Japanese food and taste was amazing!! I strongly recommend this restaurant!! I’ll come back again absolutely!!

Great concept, food was unique and wee parented. The service was excellent and Christina is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Sake was extraordinary.

Though it's been many years since I was last in Japan, Chirori delivers the closest experience to authentic Japanese dining I have encountered outside of Japan. I have never before seen robata outside of Japan. Highly recommend ordering the Sanma for an authentic robata experience. We will return to try more menu items, but we were very impressed with what we sampled on our first visit. Sake pairing recommendations from our waiter were spot on too! Side note: I listed Chirori's noise level as being quiet, but we visited on a Sunday evening when the restaurant was about half full. Not sure if it would be noisier when more full, but the noise level seemed very quiet during our visit.

Many items on the menu were “sold out” on a Friday night at 8:30pm. The staff was distracted and we had to ask to order. Ambience was sparse with harsh bright lights. Did not feel like an upscale experience.

Outstanding! At first the menu can seem a bit daunting but, once you familiarize yourself with its layout and the pairings, your pallet is in for an incredible journey! Looking forward to returning to try more items!

I like the way Chirori is trying to introduce more people to sake and pair it with appropriate foods. The restaurant has a sleek modern Japanese look. The waitstaff are pleasant and the food is good. The menu has some nice choices - from sushi/sashimi to quality beef to robata We had some misfires while we were there. When we asked what the nigiri of the day was, the person who seated us said it was wagyu nigiri. We ordered the nigiri of the day and were very surprised when we received 5 pieces of different fish nigiri. Also our service was rather slow. People who were seated long after us and who ordered well after us received food before we received our first plate.
