By far the top 3 restaurants I’ve eaten at. The attention to detail is on another level. Each course has a different plate that accents the food. The food itself is complex and each bite is an experience. The presentation of the food is thoughtful and further adds to the experience. The newly renovated building is inviting, cozy, and somehow makes the food better. The service is precise, not pretentious, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our server made time to chat with us and we will definitely be requesting her when we return. I would eat at Chimney Park every night if my wallet would allow it and when special occasions arise it’s no question where I will be spending them, Chimney Park. It’s better than any 5 star restaurant in Denver, and comparable to the 5 star restaurant I’ve eaten at in San Fransisco and Los Angeles. Call and ask who the owner/chef trained under and you will understand why I say it’s better or as good as the top restaurants in the US. Lastly, my favorite part is the desserts. Don’t take my word for it, go and try one or all, and I’m sure you will agree.
Always a fantastic place to dine. Tasting menu is fantastic as all of us got different plates and we enjoyed sharing! Service top notch!
We had the absolutely best meal that all five of us have ever had in our lives, including places across the world. The price is not cheap, and the food is worth every penny. Every plate was a work of art and tasted exquisite. People pay top dollar for a good massage or a rock concert. Add Chimney Park Bistro to your list of things worth paying for. Go with a group of 4-5 for an unforgettable dining experience, order the tasting menu, and witness unmatched culinary skill. BRAVO!
To any gourmand reading this review, Please add Chimney Park to your list of places to eat.
This is an absolute thrill ride for your palate. An amazing dining experience.
The food was excellent as was the service. I would highly recommend.
My fiancé and I had a delicious meal, our server was friendly and knowledgeable.
I love this place!!!!
My friend and I celebrated our birthdays at Chimney Park. The food is superb, and i think everyone knows that already. The waitstaff was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable. They checked on us often enough without being intrusive and we never felt rushed. Perhaps best of all it is quiet enough in there to allow diners to carry on conversations without having to raise their voices. I highly recommend Chimney Park
My wife and I did the tasting menu with premium wine pairings. We both agree that this is the best meal we have had in Northern Colorado since moving from Chicago two years ago. We will be going back monthly.
We always enjoy Chimney Park, but this time our servers and the food were exceptional.
A true gem in northern Colorado. From the warm ambiance that greets you when you walk in to the spot on professional service from the entire staff. This Chef and his staff are true culinary artists, start with the charred Spanish octopus a truly unique dish.
The entrees are a wonderland that will make you want to try each, our favorite is the filet of Ribeye an you could never go wrong with the fresh fish of the day. Before you leave sample the Colorado apple french toast, a delicious take on bread pudding that won’t disappoint.
Finally we have to compliment the fantastic bar staff, their selection and creativity in drinks is outstanding.
The quality of the ingredients, the artistry of the presentations, and the skill of the preparation were all top notch. Kudos to the Chef and his staff!
Chefs dinner with wine selection is always the most fun for dinner. It is always a great surprise and the wine pairing is always perfect. This is my go to restaurant for special occasions and entertaining family and friends.
Food met high expectations. Chef started the evening with a little treat. Starters were very good. Entrees and dessert didn’t diasappont. The Ribeye was delicious! We will be back.
Chimney Park Bistro is amazing as usual. We've been going there for 10+ years and it's always great. We love the Chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing. It's not cheap, but really worth it.
This is my third visit. Have not been disappointed. It is the best restaurant for haute cuisine in Northern Colorafo, hands down. The food and service are excellent, and the wine list is very respectable. It is a little pricy by Colorado standards, but a bargain compared to comparable restaurants in Manhattan, LA, or San Francisco. Well worth it.
Very nice, service was amazing
Our service was amazing!
Delany was so sweet!
The food was so good and it was a perfect place for a first date!
This is a great place to eat. Chef John works art with the food and the service by Dan was exceptional.
We eat here 3-4 times per year and I love to see the seasonal additions to the menu; however they changed up their Bison NY Strip from a full steak to a portion of the steak. I was happy with the portion size but the change has changed the total flavor of the steak. Not sure why but the steak was good but not as good as our last visit.
This is worth your time and money!
Although the night we went, there was a large boisterous table nearby, don't let that sway your desire to visit The Chinmey Park. It was very reputed and more than lived up to its fame gastronomically. Our wait staff was very attentive without ever intruding and was able to suggest a variety of items. +1
Our local favorite!!
The service and cuisine was spectacular. We chose the premium wine selection to go with our five course Chef's Cuisine dinners. The pairings were superb and complimented the dishes in perfect balance. It was an outstanding evening for a special birthday. I most highly recommend Chimney Park for a fine dining experience.
We dine at Chimney Park a few times a year for special occasions (or find another reason) and usually eat the tasting menu with the wine pairing. We love that each guest gets a different menu, even accommodating personal preferences, and the quality of the food is always outstanding. The presentation is beautiful and the service never distracts from the enjoyment of the food and the company.
Excellent is the only word to describe Chimney Park. Jason has a wonderful place -- always has and always will.
My wife and I went to chimney and the decor and remodel was fantastic, it went from drab, and outdated to somewhere id like to go again because it felt clean and new. The food was fantastic but what was really a let down was the rude and cold waitress with pink hair. Who had no personality and who seemed miserable the whole time.
Wonderful! Went on a “Daddy - Daughter” date before the annual dance. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. They even made special blood orange and lime soda mocktails for the girls and they felt like princesses. A fabulous start to the evening!
Dinner and drinks made for a perfect night out. Will be back for sure
Superb! Never disappoints. Staff is amazing, and food is always outstanding.
Extraordinary dining experience, food was exceptional all around
We enjoyed our dinner on Feb 13, 2018 to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our sons as well as Valentine’s Day. As a party of 4, We had a very private table in an alcove. Our server Delaney was spectacular, never rushing but keeping us moving forward toward our dinner. Two drank wine and two drank 7 and 7’s. Fantastic wine list and Crown Royal for the gentlemen. We ordered the Crab cakes and Gnudi appetizer to share. They were fantastic - tons of crab but little filler. The Gnudi were accompanied by pork bellies and squash bites. Unusual and delicious. We followed this by Green Goddess and Garden Salads for 3 of us and one with Lobster Bisque. Plenty of ingredients And light flavorful dressing. Everyone praised. We each ordered different main dish. My ribeye steak was huge, flavorful, and accompanied by mashed potatoes and a small unusual spinach and mushroom side. I hate rare meat but this was medium thankfully but not dry. Could not finish it and shared. One had the bison tenderloin, one scallops and one surf and turf with tenderloin and scallops. We were offered a complimentary truffles plate for birthday dessert. Everyone felt the food was unusually exquisitely prepared and displayed. This is the best restaurant in NoCo. It was expensive, perhaps a 1/3 more than Bonefish, but well worth it. Thank you Chimney Park.
We enjoyed the portion size of the meals.
It was also wonderful to be able to hear each other. A quiet
We had heard great things about Chimney Park so we decided to try it...we were not disappointed. We had family come to town, they loved it and thought it was fantastic, so good in fact that we promptly made reservations for the next night. We would highly recommend Chimney Park to everyone. Lovely place, wonderful staff, excellent food...I could go on and on about it. Try it for yourselves, you'll be happy you did!
This restaurant is a real treat for a special occasion. Well, actually, for ANY occasion. The food is always fantastic along with excellent service. It's truly an evening to remember. LOVE this restaurant.
Once again everything was perfect. My wife and I had the Chef’s Tasting and enjoyed every bite. The lobster bisque was unbelievable. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Always an incredible meal. From the impeccable service to the outstanding food - we come back year after year and it just gets better. It’s our anniversary spot but now I think I need to get creative on other reasons to go. Totally worth the price!
Everything was awesome. Food and Service were both excellent.
Another great meal at Chimney Park. If you haven't tried the tasting menu yet, do yourself a favor and do so...unlike other restuarants 'tasting menus' that is the same course for every table in the restaurant, there is an excitement not knowing what you're getting next and dishes are creative and fun. (also amazing wine pairings)
We enjoyed our first visit to Chimney Park after moving to Fort Collins a year ago. We celebrated my birthday last weekend, and found the ambiance, the food, and the service to be top notch.
When the check arrived, We pointed out to our waiter that the drinks we had ordered at the bar prior to being shown our table, were omitted from the bill. He checked and returned to say that because we had to wait for our table (we had a reservation) it was their way of taking care of us. We were not at all upset with the wait, as we enjoyed every part of the evening, but not many restaurants would be classy enough to extend this generous gesture. We highly recomment Chimney Park.
As usual the food and service was impeccable. Tasting menus are the way to go. Also the new renovation looks great.
We very much enjoyed our unique tasting menu. Kudos to both the chef as well as our knowledgeable server!
