Our first time there. We had a great server, Justin, who made the evening very enjoyable for us. The food was excellent. Very rich, so unfortunately we filled up before the entrees. Two of us thought the duck was not up to its description. The Waygu bread dishes was outstanding!

Food was excellent, however we left with a bad taste in our heads due to a couple loudmouth guests at the bar who sat near our high top table. They were badmouthing other people and places…. And seem to be folks that wanted to be impressing other guests with their jobs, etc….. speaking way too loud!

Fantastic fine dining in northern Colorado. Excellent food, fantastic servers who are extremely knowledgeable about wine and expand your understanding of food and wine. Their sommelier Chris is top notch.

It was our first visit to Chimney Park and we hope to return. We sat at the marble table and it was quiet enough for us to easily hear each other - which is unusual in a restaurant. We enjoyed not being rushed and spent almost three hours having a relaxed evening with outstanding food presented in a beautiful manner. The service was excellent and very friendly. It was a wonderful way to spend the evening celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

This is a special occasion restaurant worth dressing up for. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, sophisticated but not snobby. It is expensive…and worth every penny. Staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. This is old world fine dining at its finest. We had the chef’s tasting menu for four, with wine pairings. The sommelier was knowledgeable and gracious; the pairings were perfect for each course. The food was exquisite and would please the most demanding foodie. I’ve been here Teo other times and ordered off the ala carte menu, which was also to die for.

The service was great, the food was good but not what I had been hearing about for years. The steak was a bit tough and lacked flavor. The onions were my favorite followed by the mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, our steak knives were so dull I struggled to cut my steak. Overall, it was fine and I would go back to try something else and maybe the sampler if I had a big appetite.

Honestly, this is a place not to be missed. The cocktails are inspired, the wine list is spectacular. Every time we eat here we are super impressed. The worst thing is to choose between the chef menu or the a la carte menu, because they are both super inviting. I had the Fois Gras to start ( my guests had the spanish octopus and the crab cakes) , all 3 were delectable, perfectly prepared and top notch. If you like Lobster bisque, it's really a treat. Super rich, delicately spiced with chunks of lobster. I had the Chilean Sea Bass Oscar main course and it also was fantastic. perfectly seared and then topped with crab and hollandaise. I will keep going back to Chimney Park as a happy and excited patron, because all of their offerings are really super.

Food was amazing - I took my husband for his birthday and we each got opposite sides of the tasting menu with the wine pairings…worth every penny!! Servers were great and sommelier was clearly passionate about his job. *chef’s kiss! Only downer (which was minor) was that we were next to a large loud group…seemed like a semi-private room would be better for a group at a restaurant this nice.

Fantastic food and service. Huge wine list. The octopus was charred to perfection. The lobster bisque was fantastic and unlike any I have had, flavor-profile wise. Scallops were large and juicy, accompanied by a delicious succotash. Duck was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and so tender. Cheesecake looked heavy when it came out, but was melt-in-your-mouth luscious. Not inexpensive, but so worth it. Shout out to Gina for being our server, she did a great job.

Our reservation was later so the restaurant was very quiet and it was nice. The wine selections went with the food amazingly. The wine person gave us his notes of why he picked the wines to go with the food and made it a fun experience waiting for food. There was no issue adding additional a la cart items to the chefs course menu and that was great. They also asked if we wanted a supplementary wine for the one a la carte we added and it went with it amazing.

The service was excellent as was the food. However, at their price point the prep cook should be removing old, yellow spinach leaves from the duck veg saute mix. The markup on wine is stunning, but it is possible to find a few affordable gems. Dessert list struck us as uninspired compared to the innovative prior courses.

overall Jason's place has been stable for years. I enjoy going there. The food is properly prepared. the ambience needs upping. the wine list is enlarging. The duck WAS NOT prepared to my request----I asked for medium RARE---and got it served medium---and only 2 pieces of duck but lots of potatoes???? for $ 32???? The Ricotta Gnudi was excellent. The dessert was presentable but nothing to write home about-----I expect better bread pudding.

What a delightful surprise to find this exceptional restaurant in the small community of Windsor! The restaurant is totally unassuming from the outside front entrance, and top notch in dining ambiance, service and food/beverage! We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience with incredibly attentive service (no rush, expedient food service straight from the kitchen) of the highest quality food and wine choices!

Excellent food and outstanding service from our wait person,Jennifer, and the entire staff. Food was prepared to our liking and the wine list was quite impressive. This was our fourth visit to Chimney Park, and it won’t be our last. Big city dining with a small town, homey feeling.
