We came here last night for my birthday. It was our first time and we invited my father who’s first time going out with us as a family. It was by far the worst experience ever. The section we were in had 2 servers. 2 which neither one of them would come check on us AT ALL. Our server came to our table maybe 3 times from 7:10pm-9:25pm. Most of our time there was WAITING for some to even care we were there. It took 20 mins to order a second round of drinks. While waiting someone came and cleared off plates from our table WHICH WE WERE STILL EATING! Then we asked for new sliverwear since ours was taking. HE THREW THE SLIVERWEAR ON OUR TABLE. I have never felt so disrespected. Here we are waiting an other 30 mins for someone to please come by so we can order dessert Since it’s my birthday. We finally get annoyed and call the manager over ( which by the way the entire night all he was doing was standing around he didn’t even bother to do anything else) we explain what happened the whole night. He then says oh okay I will bring you dessert on us. THATS IT? After a horrible night we’ve had because of your servers and busboys that’s all you have to say? My husband tells him to bring the check over please so we can get out of here. HERE GOES AN OTHER 20 MINS AND HES JUST STANDING AROUND STILL! At this point I’m furious. I will never come back here and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know including my social media, how bad this place is. If I could give 0 I would. How embarrassing to bring my dad here. And way to ruin my 25th birthday.

Love these kinds of restaurants, but went for restaurant week, service was very slow, food wasn’t cooked as well as usual

Great food,good drinks,had to wear a mask when walking around restaurant specifically salad bar,had to use disposable gloves while at the salad bar,restaurant does a wonderful job with spacing patrons. Server was excellent,very knowledgeable of the restaurant,food was serve fast

They were delayed sending out lamb, especially lamb chops

The food service was very slow and I had to request each item, while tables around us were regularly served. Additionally 2 people from my party became ill with sever stomach cramping later that evening

Our Valentine’s Day so we could actually enjoy it. Vday has always been busy and with covid we didn’t want to take a chance. They are doing a great job with the hygiene there!

Lovely Brazilian steakhouse to celebrate or just a nice dinner. Make sure you pace yourself.

The staff was friendly and very willing to explain the different meats. Very knowledgeable on all things on menu. Love this place!

Service was bad this time - food was cold. May not go back again

Everything was great, except for the service...multiple times we had to grab the waiter to fill up our water, change our dirty plates, and take away our empty glasses. The servers were nice and all, just wasn't very attentive to us. I had to ask a different server to assist us when we needed it.

Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and the ambiance was very welcoming. Our server Michael was prompt, attentive, and very professional; the dinning experience was amazing from the bar to the buffet. The manager checked us to make sure we were comfortable; the whole staff was simply awesome!

I had a special request and it took so long to come out and they only gave us certain meats that we didn’t want . That day was a special occasion and the food was just not as good as other days that i went. Service was just not as great, would not go back there anytime soon

Best food and best service ever and the buffet is outstanding

Chima is a fantastic experience. The staff and management care tremendously about the dining experience and they welcome feedback. I go at least once every 2-3 months with my wife. The ONLY down side is the clientele who show up in t-shirts and ball caps. This is a fine dining experience, folks. Why would you ever go to Chima looking like a vagabond?

New Years Eve

Everything was great, salad bar great, steaks and other meats were delicious! 👌 We are already planning when we will go back 😊

Everything was good until my clothes got dirty from how close the cutters where. My expensive jacket was destroyed and the stains are not coming off. Some of the glasses were smelly and not well cleaned. Me and my husband would never go back again.

The food was amazing. Fresh and hot! The buffet offered so many options. It was completely safe and clean.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas dinner there. It was safe, clean, and wonderfully special with wonderful staff and food. All around an amazing experience.

Make sure you come hungry. The variety of meats along with salmon and shrimp to the salad bar has some thing for everyone. You will not be disappointed. The wine selection was spectacular as well. We will definitely be back.

Our family enjoy a wonderful Christmas Eve meal at Chima. We had 3 children under the age of 6 in our party and they loved the food and the experience.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff and great food. Only complaint, could have come around more often with the meats. Almost overwhelmed in the beginning but scarce from the middle and going forward.

Great place to eat with the family and friends. The food is delicious.

Meat lovers paradise. Quality of the food is high. Outstanding service and everyone works together to make certain you have a great dining experience. Attendants are courteous and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure you are safe too. Masks are required and they provide disposable gloves for the extensive salad bar, with it's fresh fare. I can't think of one thing I didn't enjoy there. It makes you wish you had 2 stomachs. May be a little pricey for some but you will leave satisfied and we'll taken care of. Treat yourself!

Not a good place for kids. I was there with wife and our my 3 kids age 2 to 7 and we didnt like it. They are very limited when it come to the kids menu. My kids only ate fries because that was the only think they have for them. If your kids love mac and cheese, hot dog or chicken then don't bring them there because they don't have it. I didnt checked the menu before the reservation because I though they will have at least one of these items. The staff member were not happy to see the kids even if my kids well bahave that night. We got there at 6 pm and by 7 pm we were checking out with a $263 bill. We barely ate. I left because the staff made me unconfortable. One staff even came near me to check and she looked at her watch in front of me. She did not ask if we needed anything and she turn around we no smile. I found it very disrespecful. You could see that night through their masks and their behaviors that they don't like you to bring kids there. The meat were too salty and too oily compare to the first time I was there. The place was very pack and noisy. Is a very expensive restaurant so I think we deserve to be treated nicely.

Seated about 20 minutes late for a 9pm reservation. Problem is dinner service essentially stopped at 10 so the opportunity to enjoy the meal was severely curtailed

Moderately upscale traditional Brazilian Steakhouse in Tyson's Corner. I took my young adult son who had never been to one. Bottom line, the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Valet parking, linen table cloths, quiet but not overly pretentious ambiance. The filet mignon was like butter. Warning, it is fairly expensive. Even if you don't drink you can't leave for under $65 per plate...if you do it's fair to expect that to go up by $7 - $15 per drink. In my opinion, it is worth it. You can definitely leave with the meat sweats.
