The general manager was rude and did not honor our gift certificate that expired before we were comfortable dining inside a restaurant due to COVID. We called ahead days ago and the manager that day told us over the phone he would honor it. We were a group of 5 business owners that have done business events there in the past and now we will not ever go back. Over $100 they lost thousands of future dollars.
Kids price is still high for kids who still eat hardly anything.
Great experience overall. Tip- scan the meat menu beforehand so you know what is coming and what to ask for. It seems they start with the cheaper meats and then gradually get to the better meats towards to end. Don’t feel rushed to say yes if they are coming quickly, you can always ask your waiter/waitress to get the specific meat to come back. Also, grilled pineapple with cinnamon is amazing.
Excellent service, our servers Mina and Malak are always a pleasure to have. The food was very good, they are very accommodating to make the food with less salt when asked. I always look forward to dining at Chima and it never disappoints.
The food is tasty but we had several issues including blood ending up on our items from steak being cut too close. Overall customer service is lacking by some but management tried to make it better in some ways.
I've tried Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil steakhouses. Chima was the absolute best by far! All of the meat servings were very moist, seasoned well, and very pleasing to the palate.
Very elegant, welcoming atmosphere, very diverse, hot food came quick and with a smile, hand sanitizer station were plentiful.
Slow service, you wait forever to get all the different steaks and food being served.
Chima is beautiful, serves fantastic food, and has wonderful waitstaff. The Feijoada is flavorful, and the mashed potatoes are amazing. If the the other patrons were as well behaved and courteous as Chima’s staff, my visit would have been perfect. Unfortunately Chima doesn’t get to choose who visits. Many of the other patrons went to the salad bar without masks on and routinely left the serving utensils submerged in the food. Thankfully Chima’s staff quickly got things back in order.
Our 6th Thanksgiving dinner at Chima and it's been great everytime. Looking forward to Thanksgiving there next year.
We visited on Thanksgiving Day. It was awesome! It was our 5th visit there this year. Except for Easter, our meals there have all been delicious, relaxed and with excellent service. Easter was another story, where we were seated over an hour late, food was only so-so, etc. I think it was just a blip from covid - too many people, not enough staff. Non of that now. Loved having the turkey and trimmings included as part of the rodizio and they added a new cheese that the waiters brought around with the meats that came with a choice of 2 toppings one that was honey and another that was similar to an italian dipping sauce. We were raving about that. Our waiter anticipated when we needed service and was very polite and helpful. No complaints! We were glad we chose Chima!
Took my son and his family to Chima's for Thanksgiving. As always, a great time and good food.
Very crowded, service good, but a bit slow at times, disappointing that several desserts were removed from the menu.
We went for thanksgiving and even though it was busy they didn’t skimp on service. Our server was amazing! She made sure our drinks were never empty and that the cuts of meat we wanted were sent our way. Fantastic meal!
Chima never disappoints.
Salad bar has only one fruit and one kind of bread, quality is fine. No one check with you if you prefer medium, well done etc., for meet and just bring all within 5min. You flip the card and then nothing comes till you ask.
Server is nice but very busy, for the price, do expect better.
Amazing ambiance and food.
We were a party of 5 with an infant. Service was a bit slow - took awhile to get our drinks and then kept getting the same 3-4 food items offered up. Had to ask for other food to be brought to our table. Food was good. Some had finished eating but not everyone when they came to clear away all of our dishes. Restaurant was starting to get more crowded but still felt pushed out.

The place was very nice. The only thing that I wish they enforced was to have your mask on while at the salad bar. Other than that, the food was great and very filling. Will definitely be returning.
The Brazilian food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. The price was high, but we don't eat in fancy places very often, and were glad we chose this one to celebrate our special anniversary date.
Lucas our server was very observant of our needs and ccommodating as well.

We go to Chima at least a half a dozen times a year and are never disappointed. However, this time we definitely disappointed with the service. There were plenty of servers at the restaurant. However, we had to wait a long time before we were served with different meats. Even after requesting some specific items, and multiple reminders, we did not get some items and/or got them after almost 20 minutes. When you go to a place like Chima where you spend over $300 for a party of 3 including drinks, one does expect better service.
This was pleasant experiences. Everyone functioned at such a professional and at the same creating a family atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Server Lucas made sure all guests were taken care of in a timely fashion. music was a little too loud, but energetic. Overall, guests and I had an amazing time.

Great experience! Ameer was an amazing waiter. Very polite and helpful. I go to Chima's every month and my last visit was the best service I had. Extremely pleased and cannot wait to go back.
Chima provides a Brazilian steakhouse experience similar to that of Fogo and Texas de Brazil. They offered a variety of meats and an expansive salad bar. Service was subpar, however, and our drinks were not automatically refilled. We had to request for new meats to be brought to our table as it seemed they would rotate the same ones. We had to wait several minutes to pay our bill. It was rather crowded and our server was waiting several tables simultaneously. May give them another try during the lunch hour when it is less crowded. Rather expensive for just a weekend meal, but good for special occasions.
Everything was really nice. We had a great time. Food was awesome and our server, Bryan, did an amazing job as well. Will definitely be back.
Our server Stefania was nice and attentive. The restaurant was at first very cold but with our request I believe the manager turned the AC down.
The restaurant was a little overcrowded and nobody was wearing masks going to salad bar.
I think since not everyone is vaccinated it would be better to ask customers to remove their mask only when they are eating. I am fully vaccinated and did not worried much but it would be safer for all. Staff were all nice and attentive and my friends and I had a great time.
The meats all had a gamely unpleasant taste, including filet mignon, which was curious.
Definitely not the old Chima quality and certainly not worth $60. Will not be returning.
Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our time at chima. Our waiter was studious and attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed and wanted. The food was great and the drinks.
Accommodating as always, I had added extra guests to my party and last minute management was able to deliver! Always impressed on how they go above and beyond to make sure the experience is the best!
Server made a mistake by double charging me when I had a buy one get one free deal. I informed him of the mistake so he went back and "fixed" the bill. He applied a mandatory gratuity to the pre discount amount, then applied the discount and brought me a new check. Of note, there was no mandatory gratuity on the original check. This was a very scummy tactic in my opinion.
Over crowded. Very little distance between my table and the next party. This was concerning due to covid
