   Chimas is the best compared to the other brazilian steakhouse restaurants Fogo De Chao and Texas De Brazil. Fantastic service and they don't skimp on rotation with the quality meats. When you're spending good money, I really appreciate that they don't do that at Chimas. My wife and I will be back. I had a great birthday dinner there.

   Dinner at Chima Steakhouse was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale but still comfortable—not stuffy at all. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, and we were seated right away. The salad bar was way more impressive than I expected. It had everything from fresh mozzarella and prosciutto to creamy lobster bisque. Honestly, I could’ve made a full meal just out of that. But of course, we came for the meats—and they delivered. The gauchos came around nonstop with all kinds of cuts—ribeye, filet mignon, lamb, picanha—each one better than the last. Everything was cooked exactly how we like it, and they actually asked for our preferences instead of just dropping whatever was on the skewer. One of the highlights of the night was our server, Andrew C. G. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Drinks were refilled before we had to ask, and the whole team was really on point. We finished with papaya cream and chocolate lava cake (even though we swore we were full). No regrets. All in all, Chima is the kind of place you go when you want a great night out. The food, service, and vibe all hit the mark. Totally worth it—and we’re already planning to come back.

   Great! Our only problem is Front desk/Hostess lady did not wash her hands after using the toilet. Was leaving Chima and used the restroom with our guests and we all witnessed her come out without washing.. very unsanitary.

   If I can leave more than 5 stars I would! We Had a great time dining with my family at Chima! The service was outstanding, and the meats were suburb. Our servers Andrew and Ruler did a fantastic job taking care of my family. The manager, Luis, also kept checking in on us making sure we got all of the meats we needed. They even brought us a complementary cake for my father’s birthday. They made us feel like guest in their home, and that meant a lot to my family instead of being looked as, as customers. We will definitely come very soon and be sure to make sure Andrew takes care of us for that amazing service again!

   Delicious food, good ambiance, and great dedication to customer satisfaction. As usual, the meats were excellently seasoned and cooked. The non-meat dishes were equally delicious. On my last outing, the service was uncharacteristically on the slow side (had to request a specific dish multiple times) - perhaps because we had a later reservation and they were close to closing.  I did bring up this issue of the slow service and the manager Malak reached out personally to apologize and he made up for the inconvenience. This personal gesture was very warm and much appreciated - this type of gesture is what separates the great establishments from the ordinary

    Our experience was wonderful. All the Staff, william, Ayman, Zaka they was great.The meat servers were beyond outstanding in their service and continual follow-up. Keep up the great work. Will be back!!
