    The meats at Chima are all excellent ! Very enjoyable. The salad bar could be improved - some dishes like potatoes au gratin need to be changed. The staff are professional and attentive and the restaurant is a pleasant atmosphere.

    Everything was great but the meat wasn’t rotated very well, and it took longer than usual to check out. I want to thank Malak for giving me a call about my issue and offering an apology and doing whatever he could to make it right!

    My family and I have been dining here for years, we prefer it over Texas De Brasil. Meat is less salty and good variation of other food besides steak. Good location, right next to Tysons mall.

    The food was decent, the alcoholic drinks were tasty, but not strong. They were like fancy juices, but that has been the case all over. I don't feel as though we were privy to all of the offerings. Based on where we were seated, it seemed like we kept getting overlooked by the servers/meat carriers. One item I NEVER tried because the guy never stopped by our table. We waited a really long time for filet mignon and salmon, so much so, we had three managers ask us was there anything we were waiting on. What we had was good, I thought there could've been more fruit on the buffet. The GPS took us to the wrong entrance, I pulled the door to the kitchen, so perhaps better guidance to the front. Other than that, the staff was pleasant, the attention by our server was not too overbearing and not too distant. The fathers were given free lunch/dinner on the next visit, so that was pleasant. I'll go back, but it will be a once in a while sort of visit...

    Our waiter was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our steak requests were promptly brought to our table. He diligently replenished our sides and kept our water cups filled. However, due to the number of tables he was serving, it took some time for him to bring our wine. This was not his fault, as he was simply very busy.

    The floor was littered with food and utensils, and the overall cleanliness was lacking, which made it hard to enjoy our meal. The salad bar was decent, but the quality of the meat was disappointing. We won’t be returning.

    Incredible flavors, dinner was cut a little short due to power outage but, staff was phenomenal. I will definitely dine here again and hope to see Rene our server again. Spicy lamb was my favorite alongside the Pichanha, Flank Steak, and Garlic Steak. The Filet Mignon was a bit on the fatty side but it had incredible flavor.
