   Delicious food overshadowed by poor and slow service. I have been to Chima before and there is typically prompt service and an ability to request seconds or thirds of a specific dish. Unfortunately, during my most recent outing, our polite requests for additional meats were seemingly ignored or forgotten. Initially, they brought meats out is such rapid succession that I had to request they bring certain items a bit later. I subsequently asked FOUR times for filet mignon before it was finally brought out. The server did apologize, but to request for something four times over the span of 40 minutes at a Brazilian steakhouse is unacceptable. At the end, they asked for last requests and we requested 4 dishes, only 2 of which were served. The food was delicious and we ate a lot, so I did leave satiated; but the experience was not what I expected for this kind of establishment. We did come around 8:50pm, so perhaps things were slow because it was near closing time (last seating is 9:00pm on some Tuesday). But if that is the case, they should warn customers that later reservations are subject to poorer services and limited options.

   Our experience was wonderful. All the Staff, william, Ayman, Zaka they was great.The meat servers were beyond outstanding in their service and continual follow-up. Keep up the great work. Will be back!!

   The food and service at Chima were outstanding and the staff was very courteous. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and our waiter surprised her with a lovely dessert. Considering all that you get and the many options, we considered it a good value.

   The service inside Chima was fantastic. The harassment by the valet out front really put a damper on our trip. We dealt with the same man who tried to charge us two different times and even ran after our car banging on the window when we left even though we spoke with him and explained the situation before we even got our car back.

   We had another fantastic evening at Chima! Special thanks to the head gaucho, Zaka, who did an amazing job with the meats – everything was perfectly cooked, seasoned well, and delivered at the right pace. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and each cut was bursting with flavor and maintained the excellent standards we’ve come to expect from Chima. Our server, Adilson, was incredibly attentive and professional. He didn’t skip a beat, making sure our table had everything we needed throughout the night. Malak and JZ also went above and beyond, ensuring we were happy, comfortable, and enjoying ourselves the entire time. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the restaurant running smoothly. We had so much fun and an all-around amazing night. This level of customer service, outstanding food, and the dedication of the team are why we keep coming back regularly. Thank you, Chima, for always making our evenings memorable! Highly recommended.

   When you know Chima, you've known excellence: Ambiance Food Service Everything, as usual, was excellent. We were lucky enough to be able to have Andrea O. as our server. She couldn't have been more friendly or professional. She always remembers my wife and I from our previous visits. The food is outstanding, and there were a couple of new items on the menu.

   Meats were well seasoned and salad bar was fresh. Good for a buffet. Service could use some more attention to clearing of dirty plates that were no longer in use.
