    Super great! the light was off in the building for one big storm, but Chima never disappointed ❤️ Thank you for the all the staff, you did a great job!!!

    Primary server was very attentive and always made sure waters were filled, food was flowing, and insured every one was happy.

    We had a really good time here for a birthday dinner. The food was really good and several staff members checked in on us to make sure r we were enjoying our time. I would definitely recommend!

    I used to love this place and come here a LOT. but it is not the same any more. i think they went thru changes this year (2025). many of the waiters/servers that we know are no longer working here and the services go from impeccable to ok so-so. The managers (?) recognized us and came to say hi, and that’s the only warmth we felt. last sunday, our fries were old and prob recooked (?) and they did not even recognize my kid’s 18th birthday when i put it on the reservation and reminded the host. They even try to charge us for the $10 cheese cake after i told them it’s my kid’s 18th birthday. Eventually they did take $10 off the birthday complimentary cake. yesterday they did remember our kid’s graduation, our fries were fresh, but the grilled mushrooms and veggies, we asked for never show up. We had 3 orders of $22 add-on lobster tails for 5 of us to share, thinking it’s a good deal. They were so chewy and salty that we can’t even finish them. For our $490 (tax included) bill, i still tipped them extremely generously ($100 tip) last night. But, I am going to start exploring other high-end meat restaurants. It’s really sad since my boys and I have enjoyed eating here often for the past 10 years.

    Service was slower than in the past. Two big tables sat around us about 30 minutes into being there. Very hard to get the gauchos attention after that even when the server and manager out in specific requests.

    My daughter and I come here at least three times a week. The service is usually amazing! I guesd fhey had an off night yesterday. We didnt get many meats. Service was ok. Its not their usual. The quality of the food is always great!
